We had been in the hotel 1.5 year before and we we happy to see it had improved, with the breakfast area having increased in size due to a renovation/refurbishment; and the actual breakfast had improved too! We ended up using two different rooms (in the same category), one of the original booking and the second because we had to extend our stay (due to a cancelation of our flights back); and both were clean an spacious. But most of all, it has an excellent location, with very nice facilities around at walking distance (including supermarket, pharmacy and bakery just aside), but in a tranquil street. The hotel doesn't have a great infrastructure (like pool or gym) but this wasn't an issue to us.

This is for Booking.com, not the hotel: it was frustrating to realise that the price I paid directly to the hotel for the extension of our stay was 50% cheaper than the one charged by Booking.com! :-(

The breakfast is standard for Argentina and is ok, served in the lobby café. The room is spacious and has rather big kitchenette. The mattresses are a bit soft but acceptable (after a bottle of wine). The furniture and design are new, The room view faces the wall of another building but this is perfect as you don't feel any noise from the street. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, there is a food store, laundry, wine shop nearby. All city places of interest are at walking distance, the neighborhood is expensive and safe.

I hardly can mentions anything I didn't like in this establishment

The hotel is perfectly located, pretty much half way between the Colon Theatre and the Recoleta cemetery. The staff were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety for my three-day stay. The wi-fi worked consistently well. The bed was very comfortable, and having the kitchenette was a bonus. I felt perfectly safe as a solo female traveler.

Everything was as expected for this class of hotel. The water in the bathroom could have been hotter, but that was a minor point.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful!! The room we stayed was large and overall quite comfortable, as was the bathroom, but both have seen better days (in particular comparing to another stay in the past) . Location is good, close to restaurants in Santa Fe Ave and a couple of mini markets/ grocery stores. Nice breakfast, with vegan options and a nice array of 'organic' produce; very attentive hosts.

The room windows faced an internal patio and there was a constant and strong noise emanating from the air conditioning system of the breakfast room / lobby below; luckily, we could still keep the windows shut overnight. A bit disappointed and misled by the offered in-room 'kitchinette' facilities: beyond 2 set of plates, cutlery and cups, no pans or cooking utensils were provided ; and only a microwave was available.

I truly enjoy my stay at the BENS Recoleta Hotel, which is well located close to many bars, restaurants,coffee shops, little markets, and pharmacies. The room was spacious and really well equipped. Double curtains, a large closet, space to place my luggage, dining table with chairs, little refrigerator, big size flat screen TV, good internet, nice size bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. Balcony. The one that I appreciate the most was the sefe box where i can keep my pasports and valuables. Room aslo were very clean, the the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and the sheets was extra crisp! Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They were willing to solve the problem that Booking.com created! After i explained the issue and my concern, they walked an extra mile to figure out how to handle the situation, take care of the problem and bring smile to my face. The price, the location, the included breakfast buffet. Santiago on reception was very helpful. We transferred to a 5* hotel included in our package but for a short stay Bens is perfectly adequate for us and better value.

No USB outlets to charge devices.

Located in nice suburb of Recoletta with level walking distance around Recoletta - Cemetery, local restaurants and bars but also to city centre. Very quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and English speaking. Good security building.

I can only recommend this place. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful any time. I would choose this hotel again.

the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel was located in a comercial area with a supermarket and pharmacy next door. stores and restaurants around the area.

the hall was small, dark and smelly, at the floor where my room was. There has a timed light though.

Location easy to walk to lively street and smaller Recoleta parks. Courtyard rooms are quiet. Rooms are large and shower great. Breakfast has a lot of choice and fresh fruit.
