Flawless. An excellent stay close to Recoleta cemetery. Large comfortable room with a balcony and solid aircon. Varied and generous breakfast included in our room rate. Heath and Spa facilities on the lower level and a small pool on the roof. Impeccably clean. I'll stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommendable.

Great breakfast. Helpfully staff

Room was large, clean, luminous. Breakfast was great. The location is excellent, walking distance from main attractions in a very safe neighbourhood. Staff were very welcoming.

The jacuzzi was not functional when we were staying. It was only half full. Swimming pool was not as clean as we'd hoped and the sun loungers were not comfortable.

We had a nice stay here. The room is quite spacious with a kitchenette. The breakfast was lange and diverse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Around the hotel are a few restaurants. The area is quite secure and you can walk the La Recoleta Cementry. It takes 15 minutes to reach the subte.

Our room did not have any view. There where windows but they went towards a small backyard, looking down to the lobby and looking up with some more floors above. The door from our neighbors was pretty loud when they closed it, was quite shocking when we heard it innthe middle of the night.

This hotel is well located in the Recoleta area, close to good restaurants, shops, the Recoleta Cemetery and parks, all within easy walking distance. The hotel is very well appointed. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices, from fresh fruit to eggs, breads, yogurt, juices, etc. We were fortunate to get a suite and the room was really nice. Best of all, the bathroom had a bidet! The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice tub/shower, large dressing area, lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available. A hair dryer was furnished. There's a nice, but small, pool area on the top floor, but it was a little cool and windy for us to enjoy that. The front desk staff was always helpful with any questions that we had. We walked to the Recoleta Cemetery area, where you can catch a hop on/hop off bus, visit shops, see the cemetery, and eat. It's about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area felt sate, even when we were out out night.

location was the best. Access to other parts of city, but Recoleta is the best area to be based. Round corner from supermarkets and great pizza place. Walkable to so many great places/sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bed great. Breakfast good - pleasing selection.

Would have liked more info/leaflets on activities and not speaking Spanish was a disadvantage. But got fantastic advise from staff member from Venezuela whose English was great. Booked me on city tour and Tango evening, both of which were excellent. I think this criticism is unfair of me because once I remembered I was in South America - i.e. different culture completely, I think this was fine.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, nice staff.

Breakfast could have had more variety, and better quality bread, cheese and jams, yogurt without added sugar. We arrived a day later than expected as all flights into Argentina were cancelled on the day of our expected arrival due to a national strike, and we were still charged for the night we missed. I understand that we had a non-refundable room but this was completely out of our control. I also had difficulty contacting the hotel to advise that we would miss our first night (no answer via the chat in the booking app or on WhatsApp.. in the end we needed to call).

The location of this property is excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. There is also a nearby Western Union and pharmacy. This part of the Recoleta neighborhood is a little quieter compared to other parts of the city, but still very centrally located. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. Sebastian especially, answered all our questions and exhibited great customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the property is maintained very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi at the spa was not working. However, staff was in the process of getting it fixed.

This property is in a very nice location, with a lot of attractions Opera House, Recoleta Cemetery, El Ateneo, and others. There were good options for restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. We had a very nice shower as well. The staff was also helpful. The included breakfast buffet offered an array of options and was nicely presented. We would stay here again.

The location in Recoleta is quiet and pleasant. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff is helpful and friendly. The scrambled eggs at breakfast are made from fresh eggs, which is no longer a given. The AEP airport is within easy reach, which was convenient for our stay. A subte station as well as the Recoleta cementary are only a few hundert meters to walk.

The rooms are a bit noisy if there is a bit of noise next door. The size of the rooms would allow one or two armchairs to be added, which would increase comfort.
