The hotel was clean and it was right next to Recoleta cemetery. Our room had the view over the hotel. The hotel was also in a safe area to walk around Recoleta and explore the neighborhood

Under the hotel there are some outside restaurants, which could be a bit noisy in the late evening. It was not very disturbing for us, as people were not shouting in the night, however, in case you are looking for very quiet setup, it may be worth asking the hotel for a room not seeing over the streets.

Great location. Recommend asking for a room looking over the cemetery if you are interested in that. Plenty of meal options right on the doorstep. Bustling area, but restricted traffic access so was easy to walk around. Room was clean, bed comfortable and it had everything I needed. Breakfast was fine - mixture of options and friendly staff.

Pretty noisy from the surrounding bars and restaurants so take earplugs if you aren't used to sleeping in such an environment. Could also hear noise from adjacent rooms. Most of the staff were great but when I checked in the guy on the desk was serving others which was fine. When he finished and they left he then sat there doing something at the computer, while I patiently waited. After a few minutes another guest arrived and the staff member served him immediately and completely ignored me, even though I had been there waiting. It would seem that as a single female guest I didn't rate for service while a man did. Hope this isn't an indication of how women are treated in Argentina.

The location directly across the road from El Cementario de la Recoleta was fabulous. The hotel was close to parks and many eateries. Breakfast included an adequate selection.

The room had strange plumbing in the walls that was quite noisy from other rooms. The shower had some mould. Although a microwave was included in the kitchenette, very little crockery and minimal cutlery were included. Times for servicing the room were not predictable. It was surprising that more English was not spoken in this tourist hotspot. This led to some confusion at the hotel.

Breakfast was great plenty of choice and the pastries were delicious. This hotel suited our budget and gave us great access to bars and restaurants in Buenos Aires. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with taxis and booking places to eat.

We arrived early and before the check in time, only one room was ready. ideally this could have been avoided but it was not the hotels fault.

The location was conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and our room had a beautiful and interesting view over the Recoleta Cemetery. Breakfast was fresh with varied options. Staff was very helpful in storing our luggage on both ends of our stay.

One evening, music at an adjacent bar was very loud until the wee hours, but the rest of the stay it wasn’t such an issue. A small price to pay for this location !

This is a beautiful hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast is outstanding I must say. Many times when breakfast is included I don’t use it to visit more places in the city. But the breakfast in this hotel is so good that I could not resist and went every day, that made me also save a lot of money 😅 location is superb.

All is good. I can’t say I didn’t like something.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view to the cemetery was wonderful. Their breakfast was good.

In spite of the isolated windows, there is a decent amount of noise that enters the rooms at night from the restaurants and bars right outside.

The breakfast was okay, exactly what I expected. The customer service was exceptional, the two ladies at the frontdesk were friendly and even funny when I had to request support for locking the safe :D I recommended based on the customer service, location (A+) and it was clean, no complaints at all.

Nothing relevant. I liked it.

Staff at front desk very courteous and they took care of all our needs. They even gave my mom who is elderly a bath mat for the shower. Highly recommend. Great location too. My mom was able to walk around and enjoy the heart of Recoleta just outside her door.

Fantastic location overlooking the cemetery, walking distance to El Ateneo and surrounded by so many restaurants and bars. There’s a great ice cream shop around the corner. Staff was absolutely friendly.
