Great location, accommodating and helpful staff, clean common areas, and cool hostel-organized events. The common bathrooms were always clean when I used them. Each bed in the dorms has its own plug and light. The beds have curtains that allow for privacy and slight soundproofing. There are large lockers under the bunks that will fit most carry ons plus extra personal items. The views from the hostel are pretty cool, as it looks towards the Recoleta Cemetery. I was able to keep using the common areas after checkout for the entire day, as due to my flight I didn’t have to leave for the airport until midnight.

The rooms are tiny and have no extra furniture apart from the beds. This might be annoying for the people in the upper bunks. The plugs by the bed are located in an easily unpluggagable by mistake place (aka: if charging something while sleeping, turning the wrong way will unplug it which might wake you (and other people) up).

One of the most special hostels I have ever stayed in. The view alone could be a ticketed tourist attraction. The rooms were clean and comfortable, well thought through and beautifully designed.

My deduction would be for the not so comfortable bathroom sink, although very beautiful, you end up putting all your toiletries on the floor around it as there is no surface around the basin. Looks great, difficult to use for girls. However the fact that my only negative comment was about the sink should tell you how great the hostel was

- private beds, almost like in capsule hostels. It is really a problem to find hostels with private beds in South America. - excellent bathrooms - excellent location next to Recolleta cementry, plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets. Good and safe district in general. - easy access to your room (you have key and dont need any assistanse from staff to get inside) - very modern and new facilities

- there is no common areas. You have only your bed in your room and thats it. - no chairs. You can seat only on your bed. - no kitchen at all. No even electric kettle. So be ready to eat only outside.

The rooms are comfortable and offer lot of privacy (curtains, big lockers and light, small shelf and plug next to the bed). Mattress was very comfortable too. Clean bathroom with music while showering. Loved it:). The rooftop offers a stunning view on the Recoleta cemetery. Overall it’s a very safe areas and the location convenient. Most importantly the best staff ever. Thanks Juli, Lu, Caro and Uri for making my stay so comfortable ☺️.

The kitchen could be better equipped

Modern and clean hostel. You get a drawer and a locker, a curtain gives good privacy so you can chill out comfortably. My plane got delayed and i arrived after midnight but they communicated how to get in clearly and accommodated a bottom bunk upon request. Good location in Recoleta.

Could use a shelf or ledge at the sink and in the shower stalls to put facial wash, shampoo. Other than that, it was great.

during showering times the toilets which are next to the showers are flooded; not a single hook in the bathroom, except in both showers one or two; no waste bin in the bathroom (what?!); for 2 lockers you get 2 keys, which are almost indistinguishable - quite a struggle at night to be silent when you need to try 2 keys for 2 lockers in 2 ways for one key; but all in all these are really small things!! but bear in mind there is no common area, not even space at reception

Perfect! Curtains on the bed! This is a must. Closet with locker. A chair in the bathroom to put your stuff while showering. Everything was clean. The girls at the reception, especially the one who welcomed me and the one I always met, she gave me so many good advices.

Having a kitchen/living room would be great.

Walking distance to everything. beautiful view of the cemetary. The two receptionist that we met was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The shower and toilet was tight and small. The room was unbearably warm even with the AC on. We all could not sleep comfortably in the room.

The hostel was in a good location. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is air-conditioning if needed.

No towels provided. A chair or stool in the room would be useful. The sink area had no holders to put your toiletries when you are brushing your teeth or applying facial products etc. Booked a room with a private bathroom but actually the private bathroom is inside the shared bathroom. It’s just a locked room and you are given a key to enter it.

The best hostel I've even been in. The beds are really private and comfortable, kind of a tiny space but it's alright. The showers are amazing, the staff is great, the coworkig area is really cool you have the view to the city and it's in a really good location.
