Épico Recoleta Hotel is great value at a cost of less than sixty Euros per night. Location is great in the heart of Recoleta and just five minutes walking from the nearest underground station. This has been my second stay in the hotel within a month and this second time I have unexpectedly been upgraded to a very big room with a huge terrace. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning service was professional. The hotel reception staff members have been extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff member who assisted me when I felt sick.

My room was by the lift and Argentinian lifts are very noisy, it was hard to fall asleep before midnight and to keep sleeping after 5 a.m.

Great location. Nice area. Lovely welcome from Daniel. Very helpful. Had a lift. Nice breakfast area. The room was modern and spacious. It had a fridge which was really handy and shower was hot.we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Although the breakfast was good. The setup was unusual as it was a served cold buffet, but not enough information on what was available. It was only by looking at what other people had that you could work out what was available. Had a few house rules that we feel were unnecessary.

Best value for money I have experienced for a while. Pay a little extra for top floor rooms with hath and balcony. Well worth it

One of the best about the hotel is its intimacy and compactness. This can occasionally lead to fun queibg for breakfast or waiting for the lift. All ok so long as you are not in a rush and want a cooked breakfast

Location is great. The rooms are clean.

You have to ask really hard what do they have for breakfast, because not all options are offered without additional prompting. It’s prohibited to eat or drink in the rooms, so you’ll need to get down to the reception area to eat or drink.

Some more breakfast options would be great, eg plain yogurt, nuts and eggs - would be happyto pay more for these

Upmost, plastic breakfast crockery then breakfast system. The hotel has such great potential but needs updating. Room service can't make an impact because of tired, dreary decor & linen but do a great job .

The beds a little uncomfortable. All the staff very nice expect for a guy at the front desk named Fausto. He was not helpful and at times nasty with people

Staff were really helpful it was a last minute change of plans we couldn't speak Spanish but were able to meet our needs at the time with translated app and a little English. The Breakfast was ok not what we would have at home but plenty to choose.

Fantastic location in the middle of Recoleta close to two different Subte lines. Friendly staff and a nice clean room.

Recoleta is a very nice neighborhood. Very centrically located to many museums and restaurants. A lot of great sweet shops too! Breakfast was also included.
