Hair dryer works fine, most staff speak limited English but they provide their best help when they can. Lift is old but functioning. Location is great, western union is right across the street for money exchange, a lot of cafes and restaurants along Santa Fe avenue. I didn’t take the metro but it’s very close by with a lot of buses as well. The room is cool with advanced technology with adjustment of volume and brightness on one panel. Daily change of towels available if required. Waiting area is with sufficient number of seats for guests waiting for uber/ tours.

Not very well insulated, can hear the noise from corridor clearly, however the panel / iPad allows you to adjust background music easily to block the noise out. The shower is consistently leaking due to either the screen being too short or installation of tiles incomplete. The room is a bit small for two people. Insufficient space for two luggage and two people. Only four coat hangers were available on top of the safe which is not enough. Suggest adding some hooks along the wall for hanging jackets or bags. There are also no drawers or closets. We booked two rooms and were separated on different floors which is fine but one looked like vacuuming was not done prior to new guests arrival.

The location in Recoleta is ideal and the hotel itself is great, the room was modern and clean and the staff were really helpful with letting us store our bags. The only slight issues were the WiFi could be temperamental, although we experienced this across multiple accommodations and the shower drainage wasn’t great which meant that puddles of water would leak out after a shower. However I would recommend staying here overall.

The staff was amazing. Victoria, Ian, Juan and Johanne, all very helpful, attentive and very nice. The location was very convenient.

Some rooms were noisy snd one of them had a problem with a filtration of the shower place.

It's a nice hotel. Comfortable and clean.

Wifi was non existent in the rooms. They put a lot of money into making this place "high tech" A control panel on the wall to change light colors, music that plays everything you return to your room, but really all people want is a reliable data connection. The elevator also didn't work well.

The rooms are comfortable, seems like everything has been renovated recently.

The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating, it’s because internet signal was weak and unreliable in my room (fifth floor). It was ok on lobby area.

Great location, a modern room, and a funny elevator :) We had a lot of fun in this hotel and liked the music that played automatically every time we entered the room.

The WIFI was a bit off, and the water from the shower went inside the bathroom after every shower which was a bit annoying. That is the only reason I gave it a nine and not a 10.

Everything was super - the place is brand new - very clean modern and safe in a top location and the staff are really lovely and helpful 24/7.

The lift is a bit quirky - not always working but staff came to rescue.

The girl from the front desk was unaware of the tax situation. The man there knew that I don't pay taxes. Maybe more training for front desk people regarding taxes. Otherwise great place!

Ambiance, location, speakers all over the room with Bluetooth connectivity. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.

The lift has not been operational for a while now. The WiFi connectivity does not exist.

Very nice place, with good location. Staff were very nice as well. Airport pick up is a good thing as well.
