Staff were so kind and helpful. Because we did not speak Spanish, it was so nice to have staff fluent in English. They helped us with reservations for transportation and shows. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the cemetery and easy hop on hop off bus. Very safe area. Boutique hotel and breakfast had extended hours and was fresh and in an intimate setting. The check out time was noon which is later than most, Since a late flight home, they stored our luggage. Can't go wrong staying here.

Really no complaints. The room said it had city view but really was a interior view of apartments and parking. We weren't staying there for view so was not an issue.

Great location to arrive at for our first time in Buenos Aires with our family. They kindly let us store all 6 large pieces of luggage while we went to get something to eat before our room was ready. Luckily we were able to check in early and then sleep from our long over night flight. There were many nice restaurants that were easy to walk to. Our favorite was La Festina. We loved a little relaxation in the hot tub! The breakfast buffet was awesome with yummy coffee, fruit, ham and cheese, media Lunas, eggs and more. I think one of the best part of the hotels was how helpful and nice the front desk people were. It is a small hotel but was a great hotel for us and I would not hesitate to go back there if we visit Buenos Aires again.

I think it was a little pricey.

The location in Recoleta was fabulous for walking around, seeing the city, museums, shopping and restaurants. The room has a nice bathroom with jetted tub and the sink was outside the shower/tub toilet room for good privacy. There was a refrigerator that held a fair amount of drinks and fruit, and the closet was huge. The room had quite a lot of space with a small sitting area with couch, desk and coffee table. The decor is a bit outdated, but in general this was a comfortable place to stay and we had a great experience. Bring good walking shoes!

The breakfast was quite plain and limited. There were a lot of pastries and some scrambled eggs, but fruit and cereal options were limited. The decor was dull, outdated, and the window looked out on a dull street view with little sky. The walls were quite thin and one evening there was a very loud party in the room next to us.

Hospitality was A+! From the moment we walked through the door we felt so welcome and cared for. Evelyn & Valeria took exceptional care of us since we needed help with bookings and massage appointments - didn’t hesitate at all. The breakfast was lovely with many high quality choices. Our room was spacious, a pleasant surprise! If in BA again, I’ll definitely book to be spoiled from beginning to end!

My first time in BA and after looking over all the available stay options I chose this hotel and loved staying here! The staff throughout were wonderful, welcoming, kind and very helpful first and foremost and really made the experience. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Recoleta and the surroundings. The neighbourhood has a lot of options for eating, drinking and shopping for treats or essentials (big supermarket open 24hrs nearby) The spa was most comfortable and welcome after a long day exploring, the room was very clean, extremely comfortable in every way. Breakfast was good, tasty and sets you up nicely for the day.

Very lovely staff. The checkin was smooth. They were very helpful. Rooms are very large and clean. there is a safe, kettle, fridge. I asked for iron and ironing board and they immediately provided. Bed was very comfortable. I am a light sleeper and it was very quiet. The breakfast has a lot of options both local and international tastes. It was not the fanciest one I had but they were fresh and clean. I stored my bags after checkout. The area is in walking distance to many places and it is an upscale residential area. there are supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants nearby. I would recommend it to all and would stay there again

there is no usb plug to charge but they have a cable tv box and I used its usb port so not a very big deal actually

The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel looked after our luggage whilst we did a trip to Patagonia, which was very helpful.

Room cleaning could be very late which is annoying when you’ve been out for six hours and it hasn’t been cleaned. The breakfast area was small and got very crowded.

We liked our room and breakfast buffet. The area was also safe during daytime and close to some important touristic spots. The staff was also very helpful, in general.

We had the bad luck of having our A/C break down in the middle of summer. The electrician fixed it the next morning, but it was not a great experience during the evening and night.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this small boutique hotel provided a central location for us to explore Buenos Aires. There a plenty of local restaurants, shops etc in the area. The hotel breakfast buffet was good, the staff helpful & friendly. All in all, great location !

Asked for late check out. 5.30pm and were told the cost would be a full night's accommodation cost. Considering this includes bfast thought it was over the top. Would have been happy to pay 50% of room rate.
