locating at the center but still quite at the night, spacious apartment with elevator which is great for me with 20kg luggage!! very friendly and nice staff, can communicate in English without using google translate.

Very cool old building with some imaginative remodernisation. The room was a good size for the price and had a charming balcony with two chairs and table (french style). Location is not bad - a walkable distance from Retiro and the cemetery in a busy area with cafes and nightlife. Fully monitored by security although the area does not feel sketchy. The kitchen was practical (although the coffee maker required coaxing into life) and the bathroom and shower all satisfactory. The reception team was helpful and friendly.

Wifi is reliable but weak.

Our checkin was delayed by a late plane but we were received well and he was very helpful with our unwieldy bags. Our room was large with a good TV and we enjoyed our balcony.

There should be some noise insulation from the neighbours if it’s possible. The small step in the bathroom tripped my wife but could maybe be extended as a ramp towards the door?

staff was very nice and we where able to leave our luggage before and after pick up. Big apartment very comfortable

I left my headphones on the bedroom but when I ask for them they said “nothing was found”

I tryed to leave at 7am and there was nobody to receive the key

The location was excellent for where we wanted to visit (cemetery, transportation museum). Close to AEP. We were in BA for just one night and this was very convenient and affordable. Very spacious apartment but basic.

The grout in the shower could have been cleaner. No 24hr reception.
