This was our first night in Argentina. We wanted a room close to aep airport so the location was great. The staff was great, especially Denise soliz who was phenomenal. She was kind, patient and helped us with a everything we needed. Delicious food recommendations. Best commute options, saving us a lot of money. Etc. We are celebrating our honeymoon and we were welcomed with a lovely present. The bed was amazing. We can't stress enough how Denise made our stay enjoyable, we will definitely come back thanks to her.

First of all, the service which was outstanding, going all the time, one extra-mile. examples: complementary early-checkin and breakfast, arrangements for getting around, recommendations, arrangements for having a shower on our departure day, welcome wine and chocolates. It a very good located boutique hotel, with lovely amenities: library, wine bar with a Dj, very good restaurant. The SPA center is a bit small, yet, nice. Good vibe and atmosphere, good breakfast. And above all, the staff, very attentive and friendly. We loved our stay at Mio Buenos Aires. I forgot to say how good is the location, close to city’s landmarks, green areas and very good restaurants. Recommended.

There is nothing I could think of.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Quiet and only a short walk to the cemetery. Supermarket and restaurants were nearby. The area felt safe even at night.

Originally our 4th floor room was facing the inner courtyard but we could hear loud music and people talking coming from the lounge. We asked to move and the hotel immediately relocated us to a higher floor room facing the street. The hotel sent us some chocolates to apologize which was a nice gesture.

We loved our stay at Mio Buenos Aires from beginning to end! We traveled from the US to Argentina to stay at an estancia in Corrientes. After a truly wonderful week there, we wanted to book a "splurge night" for our last night in the country and in Buenos Aires. Mio is ideally located in Recoletta. They were able to arrange early check in (we took a night bus from Esquina) and a massage during the day to get out the horseback riding kinks. The staff was more gracious than I've encountered in some time. The hotel was beautiful, the bathtub gorgeous, the bed comfortable. Simply tops from beginning to end. We spent our first night in Buenos Aires (when we arrived) somewhere with the goal to save money. Here, while we "splurged," we booked at a discounted price, and the value FAR outweighed the cost.

The breakfast was maybe average at best. Argentines really like their sweets, and our tummies were already a bit on edge when we arrived. The coffee was good. A variety of eggs, sweets, breads, and fruits available. Nothing bad, nothing amazing.

I booked a night to gift my girlfriend for her birthday and we had the best hotel experience ever. Before even getting there I asked if they can put some flowers with a letter for her at the room and not only they did it, but it was the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. When we got there the staff were the nicest, they gave us a free upgrade on our room for her birthday and the room was incredible. Really comfy bed with an enormous space and a gorgeous wooden bath tub which we really enjoyed. She had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing too. The next day we went to breakfast 5 min before they closed because we had an appointment for the doctor that morning and they knew we didn’t have any breakfast so they save us some things and they even gave us a little cake for her birthday with a cute little note from all the staff! It was so nice I never write hotel reviews but I feel like doing it with this one because not only the hotel itself was gorgeous, but I’ve never been treated like that by the staff ever. All of them, front desk, massages, breakfast, cafe, wine bar… all of them were very nice people. It made our best hotel experience so far. Every time we’re going back to Buenos Aires for any type of trip we are 100% staying here.

Our room was fantastic, lovely spacious design and great private outdoor terrace with hot tub. The staff were amazing, super friendly yet professional and so so helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous - the staff at breakfast were all wonderful too. It was ab absolute treat to stay here. We just loved it

Front desk service was the best that we received in our Argentina trip. Advice on places for lunch while they managed check in was no problem, nor was arranging transport to the airport. Our room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. We loved the boutique feel of the Hotel Mio and the location in Recoleta suited us perfectly. We could duck across to the cemetery when it opened at 9am for an hour or so before we headed out to Ezeiza.

Breakfast was OK in terms of options but not 5-star. The airport transfer price ended up $4.500 more than quoted as the taxi insisted that $25k is their cash price, but you pay $29.5k with a card - reception had told us that we would pay $25k with a credit card, so there is some confusion here.

I was over the moon about this place. The photos do not do it justice -- we had a 10th-floor corner Deluxe Double Room with a panoramic view of the city. Maybe we received a free room upgrade? Our 1-year-old baby loved playing in the big wooden tub. The hotel also provided a good crib, and the room was pretty easy to baby-proof. The location in Recoleta was perfect for our first few days of exploring Buenos Aires. Breakfast was a huge European spread with kind staff and a great courtyard space. Katerin and Andres were always helpful at the front desk, helping us with taxi service from the airport and to a major concert (OK, it was Taylor Swift). When another guest accidentally violated our privacy, the management sent us a bottle of wine as an apology. The value was off the charts because of the current "tourist dollar" in Argentina.

Whatsapp is used for all communications, but Americans don't really use it. Installing it remotely was a hassle for my partner. Set it up on your phone before you leave home.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was serviced promptly. Bed was comfortable. Location is hard to beat. The loft was spacious and had a terrace.

The upper level of the loft is all glass and gets very hot easily in summer. The door between the bathroom and bedroom would be nice. I wish the restaurant inside the hotel allocated a few tables for the walk-in customers staying in the hotel.

We were very happy we chose the Mio for our visit. The staff was fantastic - especially Marcelo at the front desk and Luna in the breakfast area. Marcelo was so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was tasty, plentiful and well-stocked. Location is amazing - one block from Recoleta Cemetery and in the heart of the historic and elegant section of BA. Our room was big and our bed comfy. Appreciate that they keep our luggage after checkout.

I didn't love the massive curtains covering the window walls. Needed for privacy but were hard to move and kept the room so dark otherwise. Also didn't love having to walk through the toilet area to get to the shower.
