Hub Porteño is centrally located in a nice area of town. There are many restaurants nearby as well as small clothing stores for those interested. The room was wonderfully decorated, spacious and with a lot of closet space. The bathroom is amazing, it has a large tub plus a separate shower. Breakfast was served at the bar and it was good.

The gym is tiny so it would not be a good place for a guest looking for a comfy gym.

It was very well located in the heart of Recoleta. The room was large and well appointed with a massive comfortable bed and a terrific shower. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There is a lovely terrace on the roof to chill. The staff, particularly Julia, were friendly and helpful and helped us with the intricacies of Argentinian foreign currency exchange. As a boutique hotel with only 11 rooms, you feel ‘at home’. Couldn’t have been better.

Breakfast was excellent. The neighbourhood is reasonable, but inner city area, covered in graffiti. The hotel inside is beautiful and the en-suite rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The roof terrace restaurant and bar is superb, with excellent dishes on the menu.

My room had two small windows overlooking the back of another building. Not a great view. Summer in Santiago is hot - what a pity they could not incorporate a small swimming pool somewhere. The taxis that the hotel arranged, were substantially more than Uber. I struggled with my credit card on the Uber App and relied on the front desk to help. They could not explain why the taxis that they arranged were so much more expensive.

One of a handful of our favorite hotels in the world. No better choice in Buenos Aires - no small claim as it is a city with many fine hotels. And a bonus: Their Peruvian/Japanese fusion restaurant on the ground floor that deserves a Michelin star, in our opinion.

Very friendly, communicative staff! We had a late flight on the day that we checked out and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk while we went out for a last day sightseeing, and we were able to use the gym/common area to freshen up before we left for the airport -- invaluable before a long flight. Otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend!

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, super breakfast, size and history of the place. Great Peruvian restaurant on site, Michelin star vegetarian restaurant next door and immense steak and seafood restaurant on the doorstep

Beautiful property and beautiful room, tastefully renovated. Good breakfast, relatively quiet street, nice lounge area, incredibly helpful staff / concierge.

Not much to dislike, except the gym that's tiny (and very hot in summer).

Everything was great - what a beautiful place to stay! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was fabulous and common areas were lovely. It was a great location.
