The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They gave us great suggestions that made our visit to the city exceptional. The location was great. We felt safe and it was easy to get public transportation. Breakfast was fresh and substantial. The beds were very comfortable and the entire building was clean.

We appreciated how friendly and supportive the staff at the reception was . They helped us booking restaurants, sourcing tickets for a football match and giving us good tips on what to visit during our stay. The location is just perfect

In one room the fridge wasn’t working. One of the rooms had a very small bathroom, very tiny space for the shower

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free after checking out and pick it up a few days later after midnight. The receptionist had our luggage (and laundry) waiting for us, so we would be able to pick it up quickly to make sure we would be on time for our transfer flight. They were also able to recommend us some places and means of transport. The breakfast was good, but nothing special.

For us the pillows werent all too comfortable. They were quite a bit too thick. The door to the bathroom was in a bit of an unlucky place. If one was sitting on the toilet, the door would hit that persons foot upon opening. Nothing to really complain about, but it was about the only thing I could mention here.

Great location, as it was minutes from the Recoleta Cemetery and great shopping. The bed was very, very comfortable and everything was clean. We had amazing views from our room and it was great value for all the amenities, comfort and location.

The door to the hotel was on a one way street and there was construction across the street.

The location - walking distance to the Buenos Aires Convention Centre and at the 'entrance' to the Recoleta. A very traditional (and relatively) safe area in BUE, walking distance also to the Bulrich Shopping Centre, a couple of mini markets/ grocery stores nearby, traditional restaurants. Walking ditance to the Recoleta shopping centre as well, the Yellow BUE Bus stop, etc. In short, caters well for a business stay and touristy endeavours. The room was of a good size, trendy in style. Buffet breakfast with an ample array of choices. Staff very nice.

The Internet connection in the room was quite poor! We had to stand by the doorway to get it. That said, may have been due to the particular room we were in...so check the connectivity if you really will need to work in the room.

I really liked the hotel because of its prime location near many iconic spots in Buenos Aires. It's in a safe area with great places nearby, everything is close, and it's a peaceful and walkable vibe.

Although the room is small, it is very comfy and quiet! Only 4 rooms per floor in hotel. The staff (Sebastian, Martin and Frederick) where all very helpful. Breakfast was simple but with a large selection of pastries and fruits. They also had gluten free options, you just had to ask for them. Rain shower head. Great area to walk around with a beautiful park close by. Fantastic little pub style restaurant right around the corner. Order the steak sandwich!

Shower guard was short so bathroom got wet. Air conditioner was off for the building so room was very warm. We just opened the window and it cooled room.

Great location and comfortable/ For local standards it is good value especially if you pay in Peso.

The best feature is helpful staff that in a foreign country is golden. Arranged all our transportation, tours, suggested restaurants, went above and beyond to help us in every way.let us in early due to overnight flight, and good breakfast until 10:30!
