I enjoyed my stay but still fighting with the fact that the pictures have nothing to do with reality. We had two rooms. Our rooms are visible on the last pictures in the profile but they are still photoshopped. I looked up in many rooms walking through the corridor and I didn’t see one room like on pictures. The hotel is outdated. But still I have a very positive feedback. The rooms are spacious and great cleaned (spotless!). The bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Location is great as it is a quiet street and walkable to many sights in BA. The breakfast is also not as present on the pictures. It is very limited and every day the same but the products are tasty.

The room was very spacious, like a studio, with couches and a mini fridge. Very cosy. The windows were very well insulated. The guys at the reception were very kind and helped me a lot with my requests/payments. The area was very close to restaurants and shops. I totally recommend

The only thing that could be improved is the light switches. All the light switches were next to the entrance door. If I needed a specific light in the "living room" area I needed to always go to the door to switch it on or off

The room was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and the friendliness and helpfulness of the restaurant staff and front desk staff were amazing - a special word of thanks to the kitchen staff and Daniel at the front desk!

There was really nothing I did not like during my stay, This was my second stay at Hotel Arenales in a month and I was once again very impressed with the hotel and especially its staff.

Location was walkable distance to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and more than enough. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Overall the experience was so positive that there was very little I did not like. The shower was smaller than what I am used to, but the water pressure was great.

They extended my check out at no cost due to my taxi coming one hour later, this was very considerate from the hotel staff. The room/apartment was modern, big, clean and comfortable. Location is superb. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The entrance door requires sound and light insulation. The lifts are quite small.

Unlike the first place I stayed in Buenos Aires that was a 2 star rated a 4 star, Hotel Arenales was a 4.5 star rated as a 3 star., from my perspective. Seemingly new fixtures, great bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, great staff. The included breakfast was served next door in a modern cafe with a substantial selection of food.

Breakfast staff at the cafe where it is served are hostile. Breakfast is minimal and consists of boiled eggs, ham, cheese, a basic fruit salad, basic bread and tea/coffee.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Small lifts with old door type. If a guest forgets to close it on a floor, it gets stuck there and others will have to take the stairs. Otherwise a nice small hotel with good value for money.

Convenient location with a good spread of local restaurants. Easy access to the local airport with a taxi. Hotel is good with very helpful staff. There’s also a laundry within 200m . Would stay there again.
