Getting the keys was super smooth—way easier than at any other place I’ve stayed! I ran into some traffic delays on my trip, but the person with the keys was happily waiting for us when we finally arrived. The apartment was absolutely stunning! It had a fantastic rooftop terrace with a pool, plus a cosy spot to hang out with friends and cook up some delicious "asados" (Argentinian BBQ). What a perfect getaway!

It might be a good idea to clean the pool a bit more often, especially during the summer when the light attracts some bugs that can end up in the water. A little extra care can really make a difference!

The location is fantastic, the apartment is beautiful, there’s a pool, and the staff is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Everything we asked they helped us with; they even put a table and chairs for us on the balcony because we asked if we could sit there; we also asked for an iron, and they put one with the table in our room. It was great.

The wifi/internet had a big issue during our stay. It was suddenly ceasing to function, not connecting or not there. We even restarted the routers a few times. That was a problem for us.

The apartment was big, with enough (and more) space for someone that needs to spend some days in Buenos Aires, work from there, cook, etc. The breakfast was great, I liked the fact that it's in a very nice place at only 50mt, dedicated to coffee and bakery where you can exchange the breakfast voucher to choose something else and pay the difference.

We had an apartment with window to the street and it was very noise, much more to what am I used to so I had a hard time to sleep 8 hours without interruptions. The lock of the windows of the balcony didn't seem to be working or it was really hard to close both windows at the same time. The bed was not very comfortable, seemed to be an old mattress.

Location close to metro, museums (walkable distance to Malva, Bellas Artes, and others) and to the cafes and parillas of Palermo Soho. Relatively large studio, well distributed. Has collective laundry and a rooftop with grill and pool. Also a garage available. Each apartment has a full kitchen and several markets around. Fixing breakfast or dinner is easy. Each studio has a large outdoor terrace, very pleasant.

The coffee shop where breakfast is provided (by a voucher) is 3 blocks away. We found it much easier to have coffee,Tea and toast, some butter and jam while still yawning :)

Location is excellent. Room is nice and large. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast cafe along the road is lovely. Breakfast is delicious. Manager is always available and very helpful. Reception desk people are all very kind and helpful. Airport transfers to and from the airport are available and they are very accomodating with times and late arrival or early departure.

It was in a convenient location and it has great security so you don’t have to worry about your belongings as much.

So I don’t know if I missed this but the check in process was not clear upon arrival. I had to wait for someone to open the outside door and then there was no one at the front desk. Apparently I was supposed to take the elevator up to 3 but I don’t recall seeing these instructions when I booked. Once I was met though the check in process was perfect.

Breakfast is served around the corner and is fantastic. Cleaning service is daily.

Is located in a building where also live property owners,some Of them still works and the elevator could be a problem because only allows 3 persons at a time and a lot of people wants to use it in rush hours

Loved our stay here! Place was cleaned and lots of light and space. Located near everything! Beds comfortable and staff was great! Highly recommend it!

Quiet location in a secure building. Good size apartment.

TV placement was odd and in one bedroom.. The second bedroom door was a sliding one and slightly odd and difficult to manoeuvre

Even though the studio is in a dense part of the city, the room was very quiet and comfortable. It was wonderful to have a nice space to return to after spending the day out in the city.

There were several spots of disrepair in the apartment, but they certainly did not get in the way of our comfort.
