The room was very spacious and beds were really comfortable. I loved the balcony. The hotel offered extra services like money change, reservations for tango shows and tourism guides, that were very helpful. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel and is very complete and tasty, waiters are kind and the attention is pleasant (they have a door connecting the hotel and the restaurant for the guests so you get there directly from the lobby). Location is great in the heart of Palermo Soho, you can find great restaurans, shoppings and bars near. Also is near to places of interest (you can go walking) and near to public transportation.

The shower doesn't have cold water, even if you put it in the lowest temperature is still a little warm. Also the rooms are kind of noisy.

All about location . It's simply perfect.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day and doesn't have many options for savory food or juices. No electric plug near the bed... They charged me extra for stains in bed linen without warning it or communicating before It was imposed in checkout, without giving us anytime to argue or complain.

Location and friendly staff are the main features.

The building is getting a little “tired”. A little facelift wouldn’t be bad, specially with the daily rates charged by the hotel. In addition, the breakfast is very basic, nearly “missable”. The bodegon across the street has better options.

Walking distance to nice restaurant and shops . Nice safe neighborhood you can walk at nite , no problem .

Staff was excellent, room was large and clean. Great location with easy access to everything you will want to do in the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall great place.

Breakfast was through the restaurant next door and was not good. We ended up going out to eat instead. This is the only negative of this hotel .

Loved the location, size and cleanliness of the room and hotel. Helpful staff. Decent complimentary breakfast as well, good pastries and eggs!

The bathroom in the room was a bit smaller than expected

Breakfast is across the street with a voucher from the hotel but only opens at 08:00. So if you leave early you miss out. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Beds are small and no smart tv to link your accounts.

the restaurant had a great service ,very good food .the rooms are very big ,the front desk service was excellent ; it was missing a coffee maker in the room , that is very important to me ,but overall it was great
