The location is superb, very close to the subway station called Plaza Italia. Right next to a famous steak restaurant, La Carniceria, with a feel safe nightlife area. The staff recommended this great restaurant and also a great cafe nearby called Benigno. The English speaking staff, Miss Malu, is very helpful. We communicated by WhatApp with a prompt response to every questions. I would highly recommend this place. The apartment is spacious with a spacious bathroom. They also provided another heater in our room to put next to the bed. I chose this place and am totally satisfied.

Location was excellent. They were able to change USD for ARS at the property. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was clean, air conditioning worked fine, there was a fridge. There was a pool with a rooftop lounge area. The gym equipment cable was broken at first, but then it was fixed later.

The mattress and box springs could have been cleaner. It wasn’t clear where the pool was at first based on signs. It wasn’t clear where the office was to change money based on signs. The office ran out of pesos to change at one point. The gym did not have any hygiene wipes and was very hot.

Location was central Palermo. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Lots of cafe's and convenience stores nearby. The unit was large. There was 24hr security manning the entrance to the building. They had an office in the building and they had laundry facilities

Furniture was lacking. Balcony was too small. It was a noisy room on the second floor, try to request something higher, although this seems to be a common problem in the area.

The first apartments they gave us (on the fourth floor -401/403) could improve a lot, there’s damage on the floor, on some kitchen furniture and the kitchen appliances are outdated. They moved us to the seventh floor for the second night and the apartments resembled a lot what’s on the pictures. The restroom doesn’t have a lock.

Location is great.

Rooms starting to look a little tired from wear and tear. My fridge made very loud noises. Asked for my room to be cleaned but got a message that they didn’t have another key to the room and I could not make it back to the apartment in time for room to be cleaned.

Loved this property. The staff are super helpful, the room was a good size with a kitchenette. Washing machines and dryers available. Location is excellent- close to metro. Gym small but worked for me. Many bars snd restaurants close by. The steak place next door was fabulous. Highly recommend

Great value..rooms spacious, neat and clean. Good location. Walk to Palermo SoHo and close to Plaza Italia station which gets you access to the rest of the city.

No housekeeping during stay

Great location, near a Subway station and at a walking distance from Plaza Serrano/Palermo. The room is spacious and clean. There is a pool and a gym available to use.

The light in the bathroom was dimmed.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and the location was great.

The pool water seemed a little cloudy and not welcoming to get in and enjoy the cool water

Comfortable beds, great shower and spacious rooms!

The rooms had no soundproofing at all - this didn’t bother us but we definitely noticed it.
