Great team, super friendly. Good location in Palermo and not too far from the reste of the interesting center of Buenos aires. Yoga in the morning. The beds have curtains, lamp and charging spot which is nice!

They tend to underdeliver on small things, which leaves a feeling of too expensive for what it is. The rooms are just ok. Rather noisy with squicky beds. The toilets of the rooms where not so clean and there was often no more toilet paper. Towel/breakfast are supposedly included but actually extra, and I recommend to not take the breakfast with the booking but to just pay for the plate you want. It's the same price. There is a welcome drink, but only available for one hour between 7 and 8pm. The food is always missing something that was on the menu. Generally I think it's a little too expensive for the actual service.

Amazing location, wonderful staff and friendly hostel go'ers. The room was a really nice size. Things like the WhatsApp group were helpful in organising activities. The view from the rooftop was amazing.

The room was mouldy and the atmosphere was very quiet at times (lots of remote working). I feel like this is a common Selena thing, the common areas are great, but the rooms are below par.

I have always stayed here but this time I reserved a private room. Excellent location, walking distance to the best restaurant area in Palermo, near Palermo bus stop. Nice and clean neighborhood next to groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. Secure area even at night. Incredible personnel staff (Naila at front desk was kind and amazing with all my inquiries, she could arranged me a bed before my check in hour due to my early flight). Clean, spacious and confortable rooms with balcony and table (no tv, coffee maker or fridge although). Maybe the only thing that you must improve is breakfast options and bar prices (not common for a hostel kind of bar) so it was always empty, as well as the terrace at 1st floor… the rooftop area was the same situation, super nice but there is no plan or bar activities at this area.

Everything was perfect

The staff was great and help me, specially with the SIM Card to have connection out of the Wi-fi zone (Thank you Gaspar!!). The room was big and the view of the sunset was great. The bathroom had a bathtub, towels and the necessary hygiene products. Bed was comfortable. The hostel is very close to important and great restaurants in Palermo. It is also located 10 minutes from the subway.

The room is located in one floor before the rooftop, so when people were moving the furniture at the rooftop I could hear it very loudly in my room. I think it would be a bonus to have a hair dryer at the room.

The location is amazing-- right in the middle of a walkable, beautiful, and hip area with lots of bars and restaurants and art. The lobby was a cool space to hang out in and breakfast was tasty. The rooftop bar and grill were also awesome! Also each bed has a curtain and a lamp which makes for nice privacy in a shared room.

The outlets in my room didn't work so I couldn't conveniently charge my phone. Also the bathrooms were not very clean or well maintained. And the elevator wasn't working for two days so I had to use the stairs.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a welcome drink and there are many activities that you can book at the reception. The entrance area is a reception, shop, co-working, restaurant- all in one and super nice. Fantastic location

All bathroom doors seem to have had problems with humidity or flooding. Some walls no longer clean. Balconies mostly without any chairs, unfortunately. They are also not very nice but run down. Shower head (in my experience - in three different rooms, in all of my stays) itself could bear being changed. They’re either rusty or full of Kalk. Chairs or couches not always clean looking but stained. Maybe a washable cover would be a better solution.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly.They made the place very welcoming!!! Easy to meet other travellers if you are solo. I liked the big kitchen and living area but it needed some updating, just like providing cookers that work and a descent microwave. The rooftop area was great ☺️ and the bar downstairs was also very nice

The kitchen is not very well equipped. It doesn't cost much to have the good basics. The cooker took a very long time to heat up and the microwave desperately needs to be changed. Not even a corkscrew or cafeteria. But the staff were great and helped to provide me with filter papers and opened my wine in the bar. Over all it looked like the place needed a little help with a freshen up. Not the best selenia that I have stayed in.

The shower pressure was amazing and the beds were super comfy. Location is perfect!

I wish they had a set co working space. You can either work in the kitchen which is not ideas. The library is a couch so you can’t really put your laptop on top of a table. The other option is the lobby & if you don’t have meetings it is perfect! Otherwise the music is too loud there.

It was very clean, the rooms were spacious and having bathroom and a balcony in each of them was fantastic. I really appreciate when the bed have curtains and the personal space in the dormitories is perfectly managed. I really enjoyed the cinema room , the library and the fact there is a big kitchen.

The kitchen definitely needs some new updates for pans, pots, not enough cutlery or mugs either. The once that are existing now are quite scratched ( not good for the health) and a bit dirty.

- No single sex dorms - frustrating because I was often the only girl in my room with 3-4 men, who snored and are messy. I would have liked the option to choose a female only dorm. When I asked to change room one night as I couldn’t sleep due to lots of the men snoring they kindly moved me to an empty 6 bed room - however, I don’t understand why they fill up some rooms and leave others completely empty? - the prices of the bar are higher than surrounding bars - the coworking aspect makes it less sociable for people who are on holiday
