Quirky place in a great location for exploring the Palermo neighborhoods of BsAs. The room is compact but has everything you need for a few nights. The room we had was right on the street so some people may find it noisy, although it didn't bother us much.

The reception is not 24h so we had to wait to check out on the day we left. Check in was really easy when we arrived as they just left instructions and the key behind reception but if you need a 24h reception then they don't provide this.

Good location, many restaurants within walking distance. Cute room with a comfortable bed. Clean sheets, towels and bathroom. Bathroom was private which is a plus. The staff were just gorgeous, very patient and helpful with me despite my terrible Spanish.

The walls are a little thin so easy to hear everything that’s going on out in the main reception and there were some guests being very loud at 4am despite a sign telling everyone to be quiet between 11pm - 8am. But that’s not the hostel’s fault at all and didn’t really bother me, just might bother some. A little bit of street noise as well. Shower took a while to heat up but it was really nice once it did.

The staff were the best! They were so helpful. When my mom got stuck somewhere and couldn't understand anyone, she called the staff here and they sent a driver to pick her up. I'm so grateful. They kept our bags safe for us before we checked in. They arranged early morning taxis for us to get to the airport. They were friendly and great to talk with as well. I'm so glad we stayed here. Thank you.

The noise from the street was difficult but it was worth everything else. You can't really change that.

Very professional & friendly staff at the front desk who made my stay amazing and comfortable! The property was impeccably clean. WiFi was excellent. Location was great - about 5-10 minutes walk to all relevant places in Palermo. Overall, excellent value for money & I would definitely recommend! 😊🙏🏽

There was a gas leak in the bottom floor which was clearly very dangerous! 😳 The smell rose all the way to the top floor.

The location is great, the price is really reasonable for a private room and bathroom. The staff were really helpful, allowing us to check in early and also letting us keep our bags in the store room whilst we were away for a few days. The bed was large and comfy and the shower was hot.

There is a kitchen available but we didn't find it very complete for cooking.

It’s a good value for money, excellent location and the room is quite good. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Our room was in the front and the noise of the streets was unbearable. We just stayed there for few hours, because we had a connection flight to Patagonia, but I couldn’t stay in this bedroom.

Good place to stay except for the strong gas leak smell. Staff were helpful and let us put our bags in storage and use the couch while we waited to check in. Good value for money, good part of town but loud at night as expected in a busy part of town. The staff had great coffee recommendations!

First. The location is excellent. In the center of Soho Palermo around shopping and eating places. Add the area is simply gorgeous About the hotel. The front desk and staff in the hotel are awesome. My room was charming with a queen bed hyper comfy Nuce breakfast including in my reservation

Nothing negative to say. Remember is and old building with charming character.

The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, within walking distances to a variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood.

The hotel is located on a very busy intersection with traffic at all hours of the day and night. The noise can be a little loud, but there is not much the staff can do about that unfortunately

Great location in the heart of Palermo, bars, restaurants, shopping, public transportation everything close by. Superb staff, who is so helpful, gave as a sube card for use during our stay... If we come to BA again we would definitely stay again at "Art Factory"!
