My applause to your desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with them each day. They were genuinely friendly. I liked the fact that all of them could speak some English, and were quick with the IPhone translator, too. (Two of them were exceptionally fluent.) Because I stayed there for some time, I can recommend the domestic staff for the consistent quality of my room. Location is excellent. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants, many of which are in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, my favorite location among the five hotels in four countries that I have visited over the past several weeks. Keep it up! You got a good thing going.

I didn’t get to hang around long enough.

Very responsive to our inquires prior to check-in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Stuardt who gave us local tips and restaurant recommendations. Great location in Palermo, in the vicinity of many restaurants and within 5 mins walk to the subway.

No breakfast, but minibar is replenished daily with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Bad noise isolation, unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who partied through the night.

The location was great, near nice places and we walk to reach our destinations. The zone is also secure, we did not experience any weird situation. The room was very tidy

The distance between the bed and the wall is too small, so it is difficult to walk. You need to be careful to avoid the small fridge and the tv. I am 6" and slim but if you are big this room is not for you. Breakfast is not as you might expect, is only hot water and some tea that you can prepare yourself in the room.To eat some biscuits and that's it.

As an alternative to the centre, hotel location is excellent. Subway station is literally two minutes walking distance and there are plenty of buses on the main street. There are also nice restaurants. Hotel stuff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with a good selections of coffees, teas and biscuits, water bottles, all complimentary (probably to compensate the lack of bar/restaurant but still very nice).

The hotel is really near a railway station, hence a bit noisy. The surroundings are not particularly appealing. As many properties in Buenos Aires, the building (and the room) is old and it shows its age in many small details.

The hotel is very clean, people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. It was very nice of them to arrange for us a late check-out cause our flight was delayed. Also we are not Spanish-speaking people and the front desk people speak perfect English. Thank you, Palermo Bridge!

But please replace hard pillows with more comfortable and provide a second pillow. Thank you.

The property was in an excellent location and was very comfortable. The continental breakfast supplied in our room was very basic and we didn’t really use it. However it was great to have a fridge and a kettle. The staff were exceptional and I would like to make special mention of Alexandra and Emanuel. Both these members of staff made us feel so welcome, more of a friend than a visitor. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful including lending us an adaptor and providing us with extra blankets. The room itself was very large with a sofa alongside the bed. The bathroom was also quite large with a good shower. The minibar with a few free bits was also a bonus. The location is very close to Palermo soho and recoleta

Because it is so close to the airport you can hear the planes taking off in early morning

The room is clean, the receptionist is kind. There is a supermarket near, a Mcdonalds at the corner and a bakery at the opposite corner, where you can have salads, great sandviches. We could leave our baggage there, so could see the city without big backpacks.

We were there for only one night, nothing negative.

Everything was perfect...great location by buses and Subte/Metro. The room was clean and everything worked. Most importantly, the front desk staff was so very kind and went out of their way to guide us on ou first visit to Buenos Aires. Alexsandra was so special....such a warm soul!

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The bed was very comfortable and had the best pillows ever. There is a nice quiet little patio area at the back to relax away from the street. Even though there is no breakfast at this hotel, there was a nice selection of coffee and teabags and some breakfast biscuits and orange juice in the fridge. Very nice touch!

A small thing: would be great to reduce use of plastic for sustainability. For example, no plastic cups and replace the plastic shampoo sachets with a refillable dispenser.
