Clean, comfortable apartment in an ideal location in residential Palermo, close to many local bars and restaurants. Local underground station less than 10 min walk. Plaza Serrano 15 min walk. Bus stop right outside apartment entrance too.

Would have preferred access to clothes washing/drying facilities. If these were added to the apartment, or a communal option was included, this would be a massive improvement. However, there is a local laundrette 2 mins walk away, which offers a same-day service if required.

Facilities in general, value and location

There was an additional charge that wasn't clearly stated when booking the property. Also, I didn't appreciate that I had to finish my booking using a 3rd party website and had to provide all my details again when everything was booked through booking.com Apart from this everything else was great.

Fabulous stay - location was perfect 👌, communication with the host was clear and efficent and the apartment was secure. We had access to a large balcony which we enjoyed morning and night and loved that the studio was always light and airy due to the big sliding doors. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Palermo, we will definitely be back.

To collect the keys on arrival was super easy. I received the msg from the host and got all the information. Followed the steps and done. The only problem was the gave the wrong code of the front door and I did not have reception on my phone, plus was raining. It took a little while to get in the building.

Everything was super good. I would love even more if the apartment has washing machine.

The room was beautiful, clean and well decorated, I think it's perfect for a short stay (we spent 2 night there only). There's a reception in the building, which is very convenient to get your keys and reach out if needed. There's a daily basic cleaning service as well (hotel style) and you can ask for extra if needed (at a price) which I find very convenient. The location is great, right on Palermo district, very close to public transpiration and touristic areas, still without being in the middle of the big city chaos.

There were some small details missing which would bring the stay to five stars, like a shower holder for shampoo, soap, etc. The bathroom light was super dim as well, impossible to get your make-up done properly there. The price was quite over-average as well, so I expect the property to go the extra mile with commodities.

A lovely studio with a really comfortable sofa and beds to relax at the end of a long day.

The soundproofing is not very good between apartments so if you get unlucky with your neighbour, you can hear all the music and noise they make.

The room was super functional and conveniently furnished for a short stay. It felt bigger than it was and had everything one would need. Hiding appliances behind doors was a clever solution to making things feel less cluttered too. The building is very well-located, close to the subte and walking-distance from many of the best restaurants in Palermo. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Staff was super helpful and responsive over whatsapp. I had to change rooms during my stay and they coordinated transferring my bags from one room to the other in a seamless way.

There was no place to put toiletries inside the shower. A small detail, but it was annoying to leave the bar of soap outside and get everything wet trying to retrieve it.

The hosts were amazing. We had to ask help of them a couple times and they were so quick to respond and offer solutions. Made the stay that much better. The apt itself was very nice and the balcony was a bonus.

Everything was great. Loved the place!!

Small window in the room doesn’t have curtain so it becomes very light in the morning and while there is coffee there are no filters…
