A boutique hotel well located in Palermo Hollywood, not luxury but does the basics of hotelkeeping very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and there is a good and varied breakfast.

The negatives are that the decor is a little dated in the bedroom, the bathroom was small and badly lit (but the sink was in the bedroom so wasn't affected), and the sun deck is less attractive than website pictures show.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much choice, fresh juice, fresh fruit, and they make toasted sandwich and eggs on request. Nice view from the rooftop pool area. It's a smallish shallow but heated pool, so nice for sitting and cooling off. Room was an attic standard which is in their Be Too building across the road, directly opposite the main hotel, but I didn't know this before I arrived, though not a problem. Staff were nice enough but not overly chatty. I was offered an upgraded room as I was staying more than a week, which was a nice gesture. Room was comfortable and nice shower. It's in an area surrounded by bars, restaurants and discos. Not far from other attractions and city centre. Uber and cabify are very cheap just 3-4euros for. 10-20minute trip. They have two computers you can use free when you want. There's an ice box machine on the top floor and a water dispenser.

A bit pricey but cheaper than others in Palermo Hollywood. Some mosquitos around the breakfast area, lift and reception. Had to keep asking for pool towels for the first few days because there weren't any in the pool area. They should tell you that the attic rooms are in the Be Too building across the road. The staff were all nice but they could be a little chattier. The wifi on the top floor pool area was terrible.

The breakfast was good. Ask the hostess to prepare hot food, eggs or avocado toast. Staff was very helpful in storing luggage temporarily and providing advice or nearby restaurants. La Dorita was 2 blocks away with good food. The location is convenient to much of Palermo with easy walking.

Fantastic breakfast, enougb variety and everything was great quality - even the fresh fruit.

They ran low on coffee and we had to ask for cold milk and extra cutlery as it wasn't avalable for self serve.

Nice boutique hotel with warm and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast (not a lot of variety but good overall). Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast and location were great. Staff was super helpful. Wifi went down every night and bathroom is tiny. Shower floods a bit. TV didn't work and no one came to fix it despite us calling.

Better wifi, larger bathroom

The roof top small spa pool was excellent for a cool down after a long hot day. Air con was excellent and the rooms were spacious. Good security with the room key acting as pass key of an evening.
