The staff are very friendly and happy to help you. The location was good, lots of amenities nearby. Palermo is a relatively safe and easy-going neighbourhood, so it was really nice to go walking everywhere. Also, Uber is happy to pick you up from there. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was awesome to have in hot summer days in BA. The hotel has these little courtyards in the middle of the building, lots of glass and funky spaces.

The configuration of the room was a bit strange and quite minimalist. I only had 1 chair in the whole room to sit or put my stuff on it. Also, there was only 1 reading light next to the bed. The odd thing was that it had a basin separated from the main bathroom; the basin was located as you walked into the room.

This was my 5th time staying at this hotel. Every time I travel to Buenos Aires, this is the place to stay. Location, service, cleanliness and comfort all define how amazing this hotel is. 15 minutes from Jorge Newbery Airport (AEP) About 45 minutes from Ezeiza Airport (EZE). But don't stress because during this journey, you really get to see so much of the city. It's strategically situated in the most desirable and safest neighborhood, Palermo. As soon as the sun sets The Nightlife kicks in and there is so much to enjoy. But if you're not a night owl, you can walk all around Palermo and enjoy all it has to offer. Whether you're looking to travel for one night or for a week, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff and helpful, quiet and comfortable rooms, big windows for natural light. Overall a good stay.

Although new and modern, the building/rooms felt "tired" and could do with some improvements. The major issue I had was with the windows that did not close properly and some did not lock.. Although it felt safe, you do not want to be sleeping knowing the window does not lock, or when you are out and about. Also part of the wall close to the window was mouldy/ dirty... A minor issue was the very long check-in late at night, but mostly due to the language barrier (zero English).

Excellent value for money, considering the location and comfort of the hotel. Beds were comfy, hotel was quiet, and the staff were helpful. Location is very good to explore Palermo, and is a quick cab ride to other destination neighborhoods. Though there is no breakfast, there is plenty of amazing cafe's to choose from within ~2-3 blocks.

Main complaint is the WiFi is quite poor. As others have mentioned, there is some wear, and cut corners on fixing some of the fixtures in the room (paint chips, dirt in the tile grout, visible paint touch ups etc.). Given the price, I have no issues with this, though some may find this not acceptable.

Location was great, and the building itself was nice and modern. Room was really spacious. Loved the sauna as well.

No room cleaning included and they didn’t have a broom or dust pan for you to do it yourself. No restaurant or breakfast inclusions either. The pool was way too warm and a bit dirty, there was a gym but some of the equipment seemed faulty. Only other thing was the toilet paper was one ply thick! Not very boutique haha.

It also includes a safe.

-They do not serve breakfast at the hotel (but that is clearly mentioned on Booking, so no surprises there ;)). However, you can have a discount if you go to the coffee place in front of the hotel - and there are many other options in the neighborhood too. -The room is not cleaned on a daily basis unless you ask for it (and it comes with an extra cost if you go for a full cleaning). Not an issue for me as it was announced on Booking too, but it is not something usual when staying at a hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and very nice for an included meal.

My only complaint was the air conditioning turned off when I was not in the room as a part of the energy efficiency with the lights. It was in the 90’s and high humidity when I was there so the room was insanely hot when I got there and took an hour to cool. Plus when I came back from being out it was hot again.

Breakfast is poor (1 small coffee and your choice of yogurt OR toasts OR han and cheese sandwich, no water) There are nice coffee shops nearby though! If you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be a good choice for you, the tiled wood flooring amplifies the sound of rolling luggage, making it quite noisy at times.

Everything, great location. Friendly staff. Allowed me to check out a bit later. Spacious studio with a balcony (one of the options). There is a terrace, a spa and a pool (although not used). Right next to the studio there are great restaurants! (Vegan, Asian and a coffeeshop). I had friends over in my room/balcony. Usually this seems to be a problem in hotels in Buenos Aires (which I don't understand). My card to enter the studio wasn't working, but solved quickly by reception staff.

Huge double bed, very comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. Having stayed a few times, some rooms are much better than others so look carefully at the room size and features.

Additional charges added to the booking.com price, plus a pretty hefty cleaning fee means it's actually considerably more expensive than the listed price. Pool needed a clean!
