great location, and really helpful staff

breakfast was a little underwhelming, Having periods of power blackouts was a little surprising and not really acceptable.

very stingy. no complementary water in the room. espresso capsule costs 3 usd. breakfast buffet presented carelessly. mediocre quality. My suggestion: Don’t book breakfast in the hotel. Go to the cafe next to the hotel. Very good Cappuccino and Croissant.

Hotel is very nice, clean and lovely design. Nothing too fancy, nothing too basic. Breakfast is ok, with options of buffet and a la carte ( with an additional price ). I don't think it's too much of a breakfast compared to other hotels of the same range, but it does an ok job to kick off the day. Products are good quality. I think the real win for Casa Sur is the location - that part of Palermo is beautiful, quiet, but with plenty of food and drinks options as well as very short walk away from Plaza Serrano and other hot spots.

There wasn't a thing I didn't like, except maybe all prices are catered almost exclusively for foreigners or very wealthy locals. On that note, I suggest to add more international sockets in the room and place at least two on both sides of the bed.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were a decent number of options at breakfast and the staff were able to provide almond milk for my coffee.

No kettle in the room but there is a coffee machine.

I wish the gym would have been a bit bigger as it was super crowded and there was barely space for everyone

Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and conveniently attached to the hotel in a comfortable space. The front-desk staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient Palermo Hollywood location. We walked to dinner every night - walked to shopping areas, too.

No staff at the spa, but the services were great. Don;t expect a fully-staffed spa.

Coffee was…honestly, horrible. You should offer free espresso coffee (an international hotel shouldn’t charge 2-3 dollars for an proper coffee)

Modern with good facilities including a good restaurant attached.

Expensive in comparison to other places we have stayed along the route.

Great location and very nice hotel.

There was an issue with the new app to unlock the bedroom doors. We kept having a problem and were not allowed to have a card key issued so had to keep asking to be let into our room which was not ideal.
