The apartment is in a great neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There is also a small grocery store across the street. The apartment complex (which is made up of a couple of condo buildings including residential units) has a very nice outdoor pool which gets sun in the afternoon. The apartment itself had everything we needed including AC units in both the living room and bedroom.

We had originally booked the two-bedroom apartment; however, it experienced maintenance issues prior to our arrival and our reservation was broken up into two one-bedroom apartments. The apartment that we stayed in had an incredibly small bathroom, hardly larger than an airplane, which was very inconvenient for two people. The hairdryer also sounded like it will short-circuit in short order and desperately needs to be replaced for safety reasons.

We spent 9 days here and were delighted with the apartment. It was spacious, clean and quiet with a lovely big and comfortable bed. The shower was large and the water was always hot. The WiFi worked perfectly for us. The building facilities were high spec, with an indoor pool and gym and a fantastic outdoor pool and solarium. The location was great and very close to bars and restaurants. It was good for the building to have 24/7 security and the staff were polite and helpful. The communication with RentinBA was fantastic - they were always very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Not much flex in the check in time. But that was as advertised so not a huge problem.

Usually i don't write reviews because i find most places overrated and i dont want to bother people with bad revieuws but here you really get offered very comfortabel appartements with nice airco and bed and very silent .. the isolation is very good and the price fair .. the pool is also nice..

There is no luggage storage if you need

Very well equipped and clean apartment. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils and a washer-dryer. Modern building with access to the gym and swimming pools. The building has security staff at the entrance, so you can feel safe. Perfect location! Quiet district, with lots of great restaurants and cafes around, it's hard to decide! WiFi fast and working good. It was a great stay!

The flat is very well situated, near nice cafes and restaurants, walking distance (20 minutes) from main Palermo shops and boutiques. Access to museums is easy by taxi or Uber. The flat is new, comfortable and large enough for two.

Cleaning could come more often. I have stayed in a flat for 7 nights, and it was cleaned only once... Towels could also have been changed more often. Wifi was also a bit unstable.

Open view, heated pool, gym was ok for an apt building, quite complete.

That I couldn't do a late check out or leave my luggage at the building. That was pretty inconvenient due to the time of my return flight

I liked that the Apartment had a separate Bedroom and Living/Dining/Kitchen area.

The Bathroom/Shower was very tight. It was a bit noisy. If I opened the Balcony Door it was too loud
