The staff was super kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and the location of the hotel was good for our needs, especially the proximity of the AEP airport

I was hoping for a bit more when booking this hotel. The room was clean but a bit ran down. It required a fresh coat of paint or at least cleaning the marks left by suitcases on the walls. The bathroom could be refreshed a bit too. For a boutique hotel I'd expect a bit more attention to these details. The breakfast option was very expensive, fortunately there are nice cafes is the neighbourhood. The weirdest part was getting out of the builiding. The main doors only open when someone at the reception presses the button. Early in the morning we had troubles getting out. No one was at the reception, our uber arrived and we were struggling to find the button ourselves. But we managed to get out!

I now always try to stay here when I am in Buenos Aires and have done so 4 or more times now. It is in a great location in the heart of Las Cañitas and a short stroll to the Palermo polo ground. The rooms are a reasonable size and are always immaculate. The showers are good and the beds are comfortable. The front desk is always helpful, friendly and courteous.

In truth, everything is always perfectly fine and I have no reason to complain about anything.

The room was on the smaller size but was fine for me. The bed, sheets and pillows were super comfortable. The room was cute and pictures matched what I had. I had an early flight so didn’t have breakfast. The staff were helpful and attentive. Great restaurants all around, market a few doors down.

There are stairs to the rooms but my bag was brought up for me. I did bring it down. Not too bad but if you have heavy luggage you might want to get help bring them down.

The gentleman who recieved me was very helpful especially with my questions of local details. He put me at ease and showed me to my room where i slept so deep i near missed my plane. Its a charming place with a beautiful green lush garden that was outside my window. Good wifi and the softest toweling ive ever known. id return there as well as reccomending it to my friends passing through .

I didnt like having to leave so soon and will be sure to stay there on my next trip throigh AEP with a long layover. The place is very close to thar airport.

my room was right above bars/restaurants… which means music until 1am. the room had double windows, but I’m sensitive to noise and still could hear it..

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great- close to lots of restaurants and cafes but not noisy at night. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious. Staff very friendly and willing to help us when required. They arranged breakfast for us at 4.30am as we had an early flight to catch. Beautiful garden/courtyard area. Highly recommended.

lovely small boutique hotel in a good part of Buenos Aires, not far from the domestic airport (but allow plenty time for traffic when getting there). Unfortunately we arrived mid evening and had to leave early morning so we didn't get the benefit of the outside area, which looked tempting in the hot weather. Helpful staff, especially the lady who realised our taxi hadn't turned up and made sure we got one from a nearby street . It was a real shame that we couldn't have stayed an extra night to enjoy this place and its surroundings.

I found this absolute gem via the reviews on this website and I'm so glad I used that as a guide as it is a truly wonderful place to stay that exceeded the expectations I had based on those very good previous reviews. The location is superb and has all of the amenities you need basically next door to it. The property itself is charming with spacious rooms and a really nice communal sitting area, garden and terrace. The breakfast is plentiful and the ambience calm and peaceful. BUT the absolute pinnacle of it all was the staff! On the front desk Salvatore, Claudio and Marcelo were all so friendly, warm and helpful, speaking at length to me to answer any questions assist with any problems I might have. Rosario who worked on the nights was lovely also and got me a jug of water when I really needed one as I was very thirsty and all the shops were closed - and that's not to mention all of the really nice breakfast staff as well who went out of their way to get you anything you needed - and all of the staff did everything with a smile on their face and an air of warmth - something extremely comforting when you are a long way from home! So I would say you cannot go wrong staying here - I will be quite sad when I leave tomorrow!

Excellent and convenient location with many restaurant choices within two blocks. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Shout out to Salvatore who was especially helpful. Very nice garden and patio sitting areas. Very good breakfast. OK I’m gonna get there in a moment.

The room we had was very small without much space for luggage. We suggest that future travelers take this into consideration as larger rooms may be available. Cleaning service was passable, but more deep cleaning in the corners and the baseboards etc. is needed.

Staff were very helpful. Everything worked. Bed was very comfortable. Good sitting area for reading and wifi. Safe neighbourhood with lots of nearby restaurants. Taxi drop off and collection was easy.

Rooms are small. No lift but staff helped with luggage. Breakfast from 7.30 was rather on the late side for our early departure.
