The staff were wonderful they helped us book two tours. We walked 4 blocks to connect with the hop on hop off yellow buses. Our room was clean and quiet Breakfast was delicious

The room far exceeded my expectations in terms of space and facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean and modern. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it (bad weather) The beds were comfortable, good A/c, good shower & bath. OK breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful Good place for a night or two.

Our accommodation was advertised as a suite, which it was but the kitchenette was not equipped with anything more than you’d get in a normal room. I totally dislike the use of plastic sticks instead of cutlery. It looks very cheap, is not eco-friendly and since the cups would be washed anyway, why not just use normal spoons? The floors were slippery if you had wet feet, even coming off the balcony after rain.

Hotel is located close to the port of Buenos Aires (BA) and in a safe environment. Restaurants and other necessities are located close to the hotel. I also enjoyed very much the friendliness of the morning staff in particular Martin and Sergio. Martin was very accommodating since my arrival to departure date. My computer created connectivity issues because of a Windows software upgrade while visiting the hotel. Martin/Sergio provided me with a contact of a computer engineer who has a computer repair office close to the hotel. I took the computer and he was able to take corrective action and got my computer back to working order.

Everything was Great. Keep doing what you do best by retaining good accommodating proactive staff.

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. Martin, Augustina, Fabian, Juan and another lady with glasses, sorry I didn't catch your name. Massive thank you to everybody. Wonderful , helpful staff. Genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I travelled to other parts of Argentina but always returned to this hotel , mainly because of the staff, the cleansiness and the warm feeling of being taken care of. I recommended the hotel to other travellers and I know they decided to stay at the Dazzler because of how wonderful the staff are. I am a golden years traveller and asked sooo many questions and the wonderful staff always accomodated me and were informative and patient. Thank you so much everybody, I will return. Location, rooms, staff, almost everything. The young guys at the reception (Manuel&co) are great.

Could improve pool area (e.g. take care that there are some new towels left, improve aesthetics, etc)

Great location in a safe area of Palermo, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, Arcos shopping and beautiful parks. Nice facilities including a rooftop pool. Suites are huge with separate living room and kitchenette. Beds, bedding and pillows of very good quality. Excellent breakfast with remarkably good pastries and bread, in addition to scrambled eggs, fruits, etc.

Small bathroom for the size of the suite. Not big deal except that the vanity was so small that you couldn't keep your toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom was not super clean when we arrived, there was hair on the floor. They responded promptly to my complaint and they kept the bathroom clean from then on.

Great location especially for us as we just spent one night in Buenos Aires before continuing on to Patagonia. Very close to regional airport as well as restaurants and stores. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and coordinated airport pickup for us. Would recommend staying here for an overnight or for a longer stay!

Everything was great--we found out later that the coordinated airport transportation was more expensive than if we would have just booked an Uber. However, after a very long travel day it was easier to have it all set up. Plus, our driver was extremely kind and gave us all sorts of suggestions about how to maximize our (less than) 24 hours in Buenos Aires.

The hotel was nice and very modern. Our room was huge and the large bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and the lobby featured a water tank which was perfect after a long, hot day exploring.

Breakfast was consistently nice but crowded and the same every morning. The gym and pool look larger online but in reality the gym is 3 machines and the pool has no lounge chairs, so feels very disjointed. Location is fine but quite a walk if wanting to be near good Palermo restaurants or bars.

Staff were fab, lovely pool and gym area with some nice sunbeds. Rooms were huge, with air con. No milk for tea :( but I just bought some at the local store. Could walk anywhere from here, most of my day trips I walked to Recoletta, Hollywood, Food district, very good location. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Beds very comfy with lovely linens. Showers great pressure.
