Friendly, helpful, room was quiet even though it was street facing! Really lovely breakfast with fruits and dairy alternatives. All staff were fabulous.

Everything. - The team reception + the girls during the breakfast service were extraordinary! They made the difference! Always with a smile on, Federico at the reception and another one (sorry didn’t catch his name properly) were a lovely company too, looked like having a chat with friends! Super helpful in terms of advices and sorting out little things out (such as an iron for a wedding). They let me keep the room longer until my flight departure time, which was kind and super appreciated too!

Nothing. I read other people complain about the noise, but I had no issue and I do have a light sleep.

Amazing hotel located in the heart of Palermo. Great infrastrucuture. Bedroom was comfort enough for us to rest and enjoy they city. Bathroom was clean and had everything. The building is old, but really beautiful and colorful. All the floors had a kind of color theme. Last floor is an amazing terrace where you can see Palermo surroundings. All the staff were amiable and helpful. I really love Buenos Aires, so staying in Hotel Clasico just added more flavor to our trip.

Nothing in particular. If I had to add something, that would be: water coming from the tap in the bathroom had a strange smell, but I couldn't particulary define why.

The location was nice and the staff were helpful and the breakfast was very nice as well. the rustic look of the property was appealing. And the elevator had moving pictures which was cool

It needs some major TCL. It looks as if no one is doing any upkeep. The flowers on balconies and common areas were all dead and un kept. The rooftop was a real disappointment only a couple of rusted chairs and /or broken and dirty ones. The ep lounge chairs were very nasty. Also the elevator was broken to the top floor so from 4-5 you had to use the stairs

I liked the vibe of the hotel, artistic and antique. The rooms were nice and clean and we both really liked the breakfast. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! The location was really nice. There are lots of bars and restaurants around. You need to walk a bit for the subway or train or hop on hop off bus, but we love walking. A taxi or uber is an easy option as well and if you have a blue card then you can take the bus around the corner. Tip: go to the fish restaurant across the hotel.

The hotel is well located in the central leafy neighborhood of Palermo near lots of restaurants and attractions. The hotel was retro urban chic, with a roomy restaurant for breakfast or coffee. There were some really fun individual artsy additions to the public spaces. The room was clean with elegant paneling and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding location, nice sized room with comfortable beds and bathroom. Staff were very helpful and let me use their computer to check-in for my flight and print boarding passes, and also gave good advice about how to get around town.

The hotel was a little tired looking and could do with a facelift.

The staff was friendly and helped us with many things, like finding a vegan friendly restaurant, ordering taxis, and allowing us to use the baggage storage. The room was clean. The hotel is close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

The shower drain didn't work properly, and there was noise coming from the other rooms through the walls at night.

The location is perfect and the design of the rooms is simple but pleasant. The breakfast room is spacious and has natural light, which is a plus. There aren't many many food options, yet breakfast was satisfying. I would book it again.

Federico is an incredibly wonderful person and was a huge help finding interesting/ cool things to experience. The street facing rooms were excellent, the back side rooms weren't as awesome as the others, but all were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always delightful and fresh. Location is excellent, right on the cusp of Palermo Hollywood/ Soho, excellent mix of things and places to see and do.

I wish we could have stayed longer... Other than that I cannot think of anything I would change or ask for.
