It's a beautiful little hotel and very well located in the heart of Palermo Soho. The rooms are quite small and so is the bathroom, but it's a great place to stay if you enjoy spending time outside the hotel. There is little room for hanging out, but there are many cafés and restaurants in the area. The staff is super sweet and helpful, I would always recommend this place especially for couples.

Our room was located with view over the inside roof, so there is not much view and it makes the room a bit dark. Perhaps other rooms have more of a view.

The room was big and clean, able to fit two twin beds and a travel cot comfortably. Importantly, it looks as advertised in the pictures from Booking and Google. Another high point was that the shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The location is perfect, only a block away from plaza Serrano. Also, because the hotel is behind a bakery, the breakfast had exquisite options from the bakery - I tried once the croissant and it was the best I ever had. But what we liked the most was the friendly staff from the hotel, who were always happy to answer any of our questions and able to solve the problems we had (from helping to lift our luggage to the room, to finding us taxis to move around, and store our luggage after check out).

There were two WiFi links available, but sadly, none could connect reliably from the room (the connection kept breaking up). Because we had our flights cancelled and needed to connect to find updated information, this was a constant problem, forcing us to leave the room at odd hours to be able to get some internet and check our flight status.

It was kind of difficult for me to review this property. It has everything to get a 10/10 rating. However, I could not do so fo couple of reasons mentioned in my review. The location of the property is excellent; middle of loads of eateries, bars, small shopping options, public transportation. The property is cozy, clean and well maintained. The staff has been very friendly & helpful. Always happy to help. The breakfast has been simple but enough choice and nicely served. We were offered breakfast as we were leaving for a site visit early in the morning - 6 AM.

Couple of things, none major for most guests, one should be aware and hence mentioning here. 1. The hotel has 2 floors - G & 1st. But there is no lift. So if one has a bit of baggage like us, taking them to/ from the room could be little hassle. The hotel staff offered hands all the time. Going out/ coming in times other than check-in/ out is not a problem. 2. We found the size of the room is small. The bed & bathroom was big though; the bed was comfortable too. Overall, I will stay at this property again but will manage my bags differently.

Great location! Bars, restaurants and cafes are all around. Our room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were quite happy with the breakfast. The bakery/coffee shop that basically doubles as the entry to the hotel as well as the breakfast provider for the hotel was quite simply excellent. They do need to buzz you in later in the evening but there was always someone at the reception.

We had a room that was right next to the reception and it can sometimes get a little noisy in the morning. But I only remember hearing significant noise one of the three mornings that we were there. Not a big deal at all in the grand scheme of things. I felt the hotel was good value for the money.

The cafe is very nice, and the big rooms! The staff are also great and super helpful. They tried to accommodate our requests whenever possible. Also great location.

The small room (I.e. the one with no balcony or garden) is very small and not value for money. The cleaning services were not great also.

Their breakfast is great, eggs cooked to perfection, good coffee, juice and toast. They are associated with the bakery so a great lunch and yummy treats are easily accessible. They also have the best SHOWER, worth the noise.

We stayed twice at this hotel, we new the room we wanted could get noisy at night. Some nights were fine, others were not. The smaller rooms appeared to be in quieter locations.

I loved the breakfast. It was SO GOOD. Staff was nice, the beds were comfy, nice large bathroom size.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud. But it wasn’t the worst. I didn’t realize our window was a bit open and a mosquito came in, otherwise it was secure.

The hotel is well located. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is overpriced for a three star hotel.

Breakfast was very limited. It was always the same. One had to select from a few choices available. The WiFi is extremely poor, difficult to connect from the rooms.

Breakfast fare-not a buffet but ok.no vegetables.

Music playing-but only till 2130and not too loud.blamket wasn’t so good.everything else ok.good room and tv and showers.

The location is amazing next to so many bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a bakery downstairs that serves the breakfast and it’s amazing. Great coffee and pastry. The room is also great with very comfy bed and pillows. All in all great stay!
