Receptionists were pretty kind and helpful, also the lady in the breakfast area was super nice. Breakfast is really good and fresh, with a selection of fruits and different beverages, I really liked the green juice. Room was small but pretty organized. You have a water dispenser for cold or hot water just ourside your room, I loved it. Beds are super comfortable, bedsheets and AC super cozy for summer days. Bathroom pretty clean with multiple towels. They let me leave my luggage and use instalations till my flight time. Location is super good to walk around the Palermo area, theres a convinience store just at the front.

I was not able to book another night once in the hotel or do a late check out even when check in was almost 8 hours later than they have established. Check prices on their own website before booking.

We loved everything. It is a beautiful hotel with the nicest staff possible. They were communicative before and throughout our stay and helped so much with arranging taxis, suggesting restaurants, and anything we asked in general. Breakfast was phenomenal and we were even accommodated with a late checkout because of a late flight schedule. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

This terrific boutique hotel that is located in the Palermo district. It is a very walk-able area with lots of restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly and they included a very nice breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable for all the amenities and location.

The rooms are on the small side if you are a big person with lots of luggage. It worked fine for us though.

The male staff at night shift (forgot his name) is very helpful and nice, he recommends a steak restaurant nearby the hotel and it turns out really great and good value of money. The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious for a solo traveller. Breakfast is good.

The TV (netflix) will automatically stop after some time like 30 mins? Perhaps could release the time control otherwise every 30 mins i need to press button to go back to the programme again. And if there would be a simple coffee machine in the room or corridor would be perfect.

Exceptionally well located boutique property in Palermo. Comfortable and minimal but styled rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Rooms have AC and comfy beds. Staff is minimal but very helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. Weekend market is 100 feet from the front door and there are countless restaurants and pubs and shops right outside the lobby doors. If you want a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Palermo, this is a great option.

The hotel does not have a pool but since it’s a small property, that is not uncommon.

Excellent attention. Best location of Palermo!!! I can’t imagine a better location than this … day and night always good options in less than a hundred meters of the hotel. The beds are super comfortable !!! And the best of all is the excellent mood and kindness of the reception / night attendants. Good breakfast with natural food of very good quality. Common space to work or share time in an open space gives a plus and invites to stay . A real gem in the heart of Palermo.

Wee liked everything - the staff is very friendly, responsive, ready to share tips and advice; the premises are freshly refurbished and of good quality ;great location with a lot of cafes and restaurants, shops, safe to walk, but the room was very quite, no street noise; very clean rooms; very comfortable beds; good breakfast with omelette, veggies, fruits, pastry, coffee and very good fresh detox juice - putt favorite.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, easy to interact with and always there if I needed anything. The hotel is in a fantastic location. After staying in several places, I think Bromelia was in the best neighborhood and had the best accommodations that I experienced in Buenos Aires.

I think the laundry service is too expensive. They could set more reasonable prices for it. But still the service was excellent and so were the facilities. No other complaints at all.

The hotel was very centrally located in Palermo soho. Staff were friendly but one in particular was extremely helpful; especially, when I needed help rebooking a flight. My Spanish was super bad and she totally stepped up and helped!!!

Small issue but not bad but there were minimal shelve space or space in general to put luggage and clothes.
