Location is the first thing to mention. With one condition, must be an upper floor, 6-9, facing the back of the building. Is like having Buenos Aires at your feet. restaurants are all around, hard to choose one, but few for each taste. Clean room, and cleaned every 3 days, management is very helpful, whatsapp is best to keep in touch. We got an early check-in too without any problem. Can use washing and drying facilities at 10th, easy and good. And for morning breakfast do not miss Bari Caffe next door. Amazing.

Some hangers for towels will be great. And the refrigerator is running continuously, wasting energy. Needs some attention

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants around. Room was nicely decorated. Staff was very responsive.

The noise! We were on the 4th floor facing the street and could hear every single bus that drives past. The windows need to be insulated. The apartment had nothing in it - no hairdryer, tea towels, bin bags, extra toilet paper and we had to ask the staff to deliver them. There were a lot of things broken in the apartment too - the toilet seats were not screwed in, the safe didn’t work and there was constant power outage with the washing machine.

Best stay in Buenos Aires - I felt really good in this accommodation. Minimalist design, very clean, facilities are still quite new and comfortable. Great communication and very easy check-in process with a QR code. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the view from the big windows, in some flats you can look over the city directly from your bed 😁 There is water in bottles and coffee & tea. There are also washing machines in the building that is super useful for longer trips. I stayed 3 times there and would stay again!

The kitchen utensils are quite basic - it would be nice to have more for longer stays and proper cooking, also more kitchen towels.

Loved the apartment. Super clean, comfy bed and two toilets. Set in a central location, and 25 minutes from the airport. I was a bit nervous as it didn’t have a concierge but communication has been great. I left something in the room and had to go back, no problem at all. You will always need battery on your phone as you use a QR code to enter the building. The laundry room was an added bonus for us.

The pool was a bit grubby. Also no kettle or bottle opener in the kitchen. We’ve left a bottle opener for the next people. With all the amazing wines in BA it is a must. It can be quite noisy, so probably not for the light sleepers.

Very interesting modern hotel with "smart home" aesthetic. No humans for check-in. Just a message with QR code and security codes for the property. Easy to figure out, but it gave the experience more of a scavenger hunt game feel. There may be a person wirking on the 10th floor with whome you can have a conversation about hotel details. They were very nice, bilingual and quite helpful.

It would be nice to note that there are two elevators servicing floors, and whichever one you get on determines the rooms you see. It took a few minutes to figure out the layout, with some confusion.

Very beautiful appartment in a great location with excellent amenities. We had a great 5 night stay here. The gym and collaborative areas were great to enjoy. Ensure you ask for the codes for these so you can enjoy them through your stay. Staff are very helpful online as well.

Only fault I could make is the pool water could be cleaner. Otherwise the area was great to enjoy and view the sunsets over the city.

Great location. Palermo is very nice and offer all the services, restaurants, coffee bar, supermarkets, bus station and tube station very closed. The area is safe. Also nice stores and a nice area to visit during the day not only to stay over the night. the apartment has everything you would need.

No luggage deposit, it's very important when you travel. Maybe i would suggest to provide some dish sponge and dish towel since it's something that you won't bring with you when travelling for few days.

They were very reactive and accomodating and gave us a new room as ours was on the streetsidde and was extremely loud. The second room we got was much quieter and the matrass was way better, also we had a great view! The room was clean and well equiped. Nothing much to say about that.

The matrass in the first appartment was very much used and not comfortable anymore. Also the room was very loud. But we got another one for the next nights, so that was great!

The only bad thing is that there was no place to keep bags storage. Since Buenos Aires is a very visited city and sometime flights are way before or after check in/check out, so having a place to storage is extremely helpful to travelers. We did have 4 huge bags with us since we were traveling for work and moving them all to a "close" storage facility was very hard.

The space was great, and the location was excellent as it was close to Plaza Serrano and lots of shops. Although I’ve heard Palermo is a safe area, it didn’t seem the safest to me. It’s our first time in Buenos Aires, though. Maybe I had different expectations, but it was not bad—just different.

I think a few important items were missing, like hangers, an iron, paper towels, and extra soap for the shower. The property was clean, but we found some hairs on the floor.
