The boutique inn has a high-end feel, - and the staff was the exceptional part: SOL & Angel, Emilio & Fecund were professional and very helpful accommodating all our requests, guiding us in the right direction for things to do, places to eat, laundry, keeping our luggage while we visited port De Iguazu They were our introduction to Argentinian culture & hospitality-Thanks SOL !! The location is in the trendy So Ho mdistrict with restaurants and French cafes and shops to browse. We will definitely come back to enjoy more of Argentinian -11 days was not enough for this beautiful country and its people!

Staff is really friendly and the location is just ideal and the entire accommodation is really sunny!

4 beds, but only 2 chairs in the kitchen session of the living room and only 2 chairs on the balcony. It would be great to have it prepared for 4 people as today there are only 4 beds, but the apartment is not yet prepared for 4 people. How about to have also a drier put the wet towels on it and let them dry on the sunny balcony? With some small investments this accommodation could be made really great!

If you like great cafes, restaurants, bars with some of the most delicious food and drink around? then look no further. The property is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything you need, immersed in a nice cosmopolitan vibe. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and the nightlife was fantastic. I stayed in other parts of BA but returned to this area. The apartments are clean, light and airy with everything you need, can't complain there.

If you book this hotel via booking.com with currency set at ARS (Argentine Peso) then you will be presented with the cost of your stay at Argentine Peso official rate but when you arrive at the property they will charge you the blue rate (almost double the price) When I showed them the booking.com booking confirmation price they said it has nothing to do with them and gave no explanation as to why they charge the blue rate while most hotels in Argentina charge the official rate. I was one of three people at reception trying to understand booking.com price vs their price. Booking.com wasn't interested in our issue.

Fantastic location in the heart of Palermo Soho, without being noisy. The room was very large with lots of space. Staff were kind and accommodating, although some of their English was not the best.

The room itself was aged and furnished very cheaply, I would say the photos make the rooms look nicer than they are. However everything was still functional.

The location in Palermo was great, and the neighborhood was nice with many amenities. If you are going for a vacation, and you want to say in the neighborhood, this would be a perfect spot.

Very difficult to get a cab in this location. We often had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get one scheduled, and then wait for it to come. The staff did not really speak English, and we were told we could not extend our stay, but then we were able to extend our stay. Overall, not very efficient in terms of the paperwork and administrative work. Also, one of the bathroom's cold water did not work, so we had to use the single shower (thus defeating the purpose of two bathrooms).

Excellent location. Very Spacious. Room was clean on arrival. Front desk guy was extremely helpfull, spoke English well and provided some nice of the beaten path tips for us.

Housekeeping. We were there a week with family of 4 and had to ask housekeeping every time toilet paper ran out, towels they didn't change in a week (we were informed they would change every three days, but after 4 days still no new towels.. again we had to ask).

When you book thru booking.com you need to make sure that the card that you are using to pay is from someone that will be staying at the hotel, otherwise you have to send the credit card information thru email which is weird, because usually when you pay with a third party card you pay in advance thru booking.com directly...a weird and complicated process.

I would like to highlight the efficiency and proactiveness of all staff members (Sol, Carla, Vanina and Facundo). Great people and professionals.. Thank you very much guys !!

This will sound a bit like the princes and the pea - but… the pillows are really terrible - small and, seemingly, filled with cotton wool. They provide zero support for the head. I had to use items from my clothing to manufacture a substitute. Sounds small, but impacted my sleep…
