The apartment was nice and clean with a large and very comfortable bed. The location was also fantastic with major tourist attractions being very accessible. Jessica was also incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay helping us store our luggage before our flight so we could explore the city for one more day and gave us a complimentary extended check out time. Great value for the price we paid!

The shower/bathroom could have been a little bit bigger but really nothing to complain about.

My husband and I discovered this gem on booking.com, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable – nestled in Palermo, we found ourselves close to everything we needed. From a fantastic coffee shop downstairs to a mall within a 10-minute walk, this place is surrounded by convenience. The proximity to top-notch bars, restaurants, and clubs, just a short Uber ride away, added to the appeal, and we always felt safe, even during late-night outings. The staff was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful. They went above and beyond, promptly responding to text messages even when the reception was unmanned. We experienced two different apartments, both impeccably clean and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will undoubtedly choose it for future stays. While there's no in-apartment laundry, a Laundromat next door solves that. The only minor suggestion would be an iron, but that's a negligible detail.

Nice facilities, great location

The reception person is very unefficient and not serious at all - we kept us for 1h at the entrace with payment ect. some young man that is busy with his mobile and canot help on anyhting and completely does not care about whatever is needed. There were towels missing, secury box blocked and windows were not closing, but he completely ignorned and did not follow up on anything. Not even to take notes to pretend - he was suprised the next day as if he talked to us the first time... nothing was solved of course.

The apartments were quite spacious and filled with light. Interior kept simple. Location: In same Building downstairs a Coffee Shop and 3 minutes walking a super market

I stayed in several rooms and they are all different from another. Same style but different. So please don’t be surprised if you don’t get the same room as on booking advertised. They have approx 30 apartments for rent in this building. Some rooms facing the street so better to sleep with earplugs for light sleepers

The apartment is spacious, has a kitchen and offers a separate bedroom. It was a 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Palermo Soho. Close to a supermarket en the subway (line D). Great laundry service around the corner. Maxi at the reception was super helpful and nice.

The bed was nice but we would preferred of it was a bit bigger. The couch (which also can function as a bed) was a bit sagging so you can feel the springs a bit.

Great location! Close to public transportation (buses and subway).Lots of cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets (some open 24h). The apartments (different sizes) have all balconies and are well equipped. The staff are kind, including the cleaning ladies. The comunication was through whatsapp, very good. Karla and Jessica very helpful.

The room is very minimalist, but has everything you would need during your stay. It's very clean and the staff is super friendly. They even offered to take care of our luggage for a while, because of the difference in our checkout time and the time of our flight. The neighborhood is very charming, quiet and there are convenience stores nearby. Or places where you can just have a great coffee or a nice breakfast with media lunas and a latte. Will definitely return, and will definitely stay here again.

The location is good. Super market metro station hotel shopping mall laundry bus stop facilities available around the property. 24 hour hot water available in the room

Sofa set in the room is very old. Not feeling comfortable. It could have been better.

It’s very spacious and quite clean

The rubbish bag wasn’t big enough and no extra rubbish bags and only 2 towels for 8 nights stay. Should supply 8 towels

Location was great. Staff were always helpful and communication was good (via Whatsapp or in person). Apartment was very comfortable and the terrace was a bonus.

Loungers on terrace could have had cushions to make them more comfortable. We had to ask for more toilet paper and batteries in the safe (dealt with swiftly).
