The hotel has a great location, close to many tourist attractions. Rooms were cleaned everyday and sheets and towels changed very often. Receptionists were always nice and helpful. The 9th floor has a small balcony where you can go and watch the city landscape.

Breakfast has very small offer for healthy food : scrambled eggs, two types of cheese and fruits - mostly citrus fruits. As I spent 10 days in this hotel, after 3 days I ran out of options. The personnel serving breakfast does not understand English at all and it was very difficult to ask for extras. We managed to get boiled eggs using google translate..... Lots of sugary food. Strange smell in the hallways - I assume that the moquette needs cleanings. Small gym.

Location - it cannot be more central. Room size - spacious and comfortable. actually during our vacation we stayed in this hotel three times (three nights, one night and two nights), because we liked it. Breakfast - very good, with good choice.

The reception during the night - when we arrived first time, it took to check in each customer about ten minutes ( i measured), which meant that after 13 hours flight, we waited for one hour in lobby, waiting to check-in. in all other shifts, the reception was fast and effective.

The location was excellent, the staff especially melissa at the front desk was brilliant, the view from the balcony was fabulous

The breakfast was a little weak, not fully replenished and the room it's in has no character or atmosphere, it feels like a business room, also the mini bar was not refilled ever the 4 days I was there,and you have to ask at reception for toiletries to be refilled, also no bin in the main room V

Good location within walking distance to Obelisk, Teatro Colon and some points of interest. Good size and well appointed room with great view of obelisk.

The AC in our room was super noisy and we reported it to the front desk the next morning. They told us that they were going to fix it. When we returned in the late afternoon, they informed us that AC issue was reported and fixed. Later that night we discovered that it had not been repaired. It appears that the AC was never repaired or that they did not verified a proper repair. Good news was that they gave us even a bigger room where the AC was reported properly.

Breakfast was scrumptious but I wish the dining room had a window. It’s not an attractive room compared to other NH hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. Lucas did a fabulous job with our dinner service.

First the dining room needs to be relocated to a room with a window. Second we got assigned a 9 floor room with no View ( cables and old roofs is all we saw). Lastly, the entire hotel Needs to be updated with working AC. Our room felt humid the entire two day stay. It’s a shame this hotel has not been remodeled with a fresh color scheme. Lastly, beware of all their cameras even in their sauna room.

The location, just beside Teatro Colón. Ok, it's on the busiest central avenue of BA, but everything is within walking distance. Lovely balcony to the junior suites on the 9th floor. Nice large bathroom with both tub and a large shower.

Lobby is quite oldish, as well as the rooms, but the bed is very nice, large and comfy. Would need to carry out some restoration work. The breakfast room is poorly furnished and the breakfast itself is not worthing much. Wifi a bit slow and sometimes stopping.

The service was outstanding, especially Melissa at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and attentive. Thank you Melissa! :) The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just steps from the Obelisk. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and varied options.

Honestly, nothing! Everything was great, and our stay was smooth and hassle-free.

Location. Location. Location! Great view over Av. 9 de Julio and the Obelisk, and walking distance to many touristic sites. Also above Tango Porteno, one of BAs most well known tango venues. The staff is friendly and supportive (reception, breakfast).

The room is small. Finishing of the room was mediocre (floor tiles with gaps, shower door not closing, awkward position of the toilet). The TV had 40 channels, but not a single one in English. Breakfast is poor.

A genuine warmth runs through the staff and can be experienced at every turn, from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. The location is also unparalleled and any guest surely feels right away they they are in the heart of a bustling metropolis, but still having their needs taken care of.

It would have been nice to have had capsules for the coffee machine.
