The location was amazing! The buses and subway were right there, and it was also easy for any Ubers/taxis to park in front for a quick pick up or drop off. The view of the city was also incredible and the breakfast was really varied and fair.

I felt like the staff at the front of the hotel were very unwelcoming. Not once was a greeted a hello, even if I initiated it. It felt very cold for a hotel that costs that much- I’ve been to cheaper places that had more hospitable staff. The check in ladies were very warm and helpful, however. The housekeepers were also kind and brought me extra towels /toiletries when I asked. The kitchen/breakfast staff was also very attentive but the doormen need better training, in my opinion.

The cleaning service in the rooms was poor ! In 5 days they didnt refill the shower gels and cotton pads ! And they provide less towels that you use normally !

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. Location was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was amazing with beautiful views of the city. Highly recommended.

Nothing - everything was great.

Location was very central. We walked to a lot of places. Easy to exchange money as Western Union is less than 5 minutes away as also a supermarket for water etc. Rooms were very comfortable

The laundry prices are very high.

My husband and I stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriot on September 6th for 3 days and returned again on September 12th and the 19th. Service provided by the staffs were exceptional especially the Guest Relations Officer Cecilia whom you recently dismissed. She gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful in translating Spanish for us as we had an issue with our flight to Mendoza. Cecilia is the reason we came back to Marriot Hotel for our stay in Buenos Aires.

We found the atmosphere different and not as friendly without Cecilia presence. We only rate Marriott a “10” because of Cecilia .

The location, breakfast and feel of the hotel. It felt like a luxury hotel, without the luxury price tag. The staff was very courteous. I could have stayed there for a long time!
