The location just could not be better, particularly since it's located in a pedestrianised street with a coffee shop/eaterie and other small shops directly opposite. There is a live Tango performance outside a small restaurant a couple of evenings per week. One end of the street has a police viewing point so it's very safe. Great for walking everywhere, major sites and the metro. The staff are charming: very helpful, friendly and gladly organised taxis for us.

The rooms ( we left to travel elsewhere and returned a full three times during our holiday) are functional.and very clean but a little basic and tired. We didn't want to spend a lot as were out most of the time so they served the purpose but we had to ask for extra blankets and pillows. Breakfast was fine for the price but a little basic. I had a mattress with a significant slope, in one of the rooms.

- The staff is really nice and helpful. They gave me an umbrella for the whole day, exchanged USD at a good rate and had plenty of information on tours and shows at the reception. - The location is amazing. There are really good cafes right in front of the hotel, the metro is right next to it and plenty of shops and restaurants around. - The rooms are newly renovated and also have a really good air conditioning unit. - The ladies to clean up the room are so nice and they do it very quickly upon request.

The Staff is super efficient and attentive, they help you with your doubts, recommend you tours, sites to visit, modes of transportation. Breakfast is ok, nothing different from this type of breakfast in other hotels in the city. They clean the room every day, and change the bed every two days (ecological reasons); you can't smoke, which is perfect cause in Buenos Aires people smoke like everywhere.

It is not the hotel's fault, but I have to say it. In front of the hotel is a bar that plays tango every day, loudly, since opening to closing, 9 pm, that is not that late, but if you have to rest between working hours of the bar is impossible. After 10 pm, people who live in the streets cause noise until 2-3 am; again, not the hotel's fault, BUT if you need to sleep in the morning-afternoon (for any reason), or a good night sleep, and noise makes falling sleep difficult for you, I recommend to buy some silicon plugs, and problem solved.

The location is EXCELLENT! The room was reasonble, the bed a bit soft but comfortable. Good helpful Staff, at Reception. All in all a good stay for 5 nights.

Expensive price, due to a major football Cup match utilising most of Buenos Aires´s accommodation! The building is undergoing extensive renovation works, with THE WORKS BEING ALLOWED TO COMMENCE BEFORE 9.00am, NOT GOOD! The Air Con leaking water INTO the bedroom!

Stay away from it! The price they give up on booking.com is a freud and based on blue rate ARS. At check in they convert this price back to USD, and you have to pay twice the amount.

Breakfast was one of the best ones in Argentina (still pretty basic). Location was amazing, pretty central, easy to access. Room was spacious, bathroom was Ok, but we had to call maintenance like 3 times to fix the hot water.

Elevator was old and not very spacious. Upfront payment was mandatory a few days before arrival, and I didn't expect that. At first it seemed skeptical but it wasn't a scam after all. I wanted to pay in local currency in cash but I wasn;t allowed. So I ended up paying in dollars somewhat expensive.

The room size was great, even with more beds than needed. Everything was very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet and high floor. Almost in front of the obelisco. Walking distance to several places, restaurants and theaters.

The bathroom got completely wet after the shower. I had to use an extra towel to dry the floor.

Location in centre of Buenos Aires was excellent

rooms small but comfortable enough but pretty basic lay furnished, lifts noisy and slow.

Lucas and Jorge were excellent desk managers, mainly because they spoke English but also because they really wanted to help Breakfast was good and the staff were also helpful

The rooms were small and needed some upkeep. We were right on Diagonal and it was noisy at times

Location ! Just in center of everything! Rooms and overall building was clean, breakfast was fresh and tasty, breakfast attendants were polite and friendly. Our housekeeper was amazing!!

I didn’t like the decor of the rooms ( we had 2) also flat sheets on beds , no cover mattress or fitted sheets!!! No bed skirt!!
