Martina on reception was such an excellent employee, she went above and beyond for us and really enhanced our stay in the hotel. The lady behind the bar with blonde hair and glasses was lovely too, I think she was from Northern Argentina but can't remember her name. The whole team were quite pleasant and we will definitely stay again if in Buenos Aires.

Showers were a bit tricky to get right but overall very happy.

In general, everything is pretty good. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed, good space to work. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and not too big, but good enough. Thr gym is very good, plenty of equipment and well organized. The wellness has dry and wet saunas, big jacuzzi... The pool is fine, long enough to swim but a bit too narrow. Breakfast is just fine. Nothing spectacular. The salty part not that good. The sweet part has variation and it is fine.

I did not like that the room does not have a coffee machine or at least a kettle. I stayed for 6 nights and no option to have a tea or coffee in the room. The pool, as said, too narrow. You can't swim when there is anyone else.

In a very quiet part of town but still close to everything. We stayed in one of the junior suites and really liked the extra space. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, complimentary breakfast was adequate. All workers were helpful and pleasant.

Small details but sheets could have been a bit more higher quality

Great location. The staff also recommended a restaurant 2 blocks away (Javi's Parilla restaurant) which was excellent and very good value.

We enjoyed a swim in the pool after a hot day in the city, but were surprised at how warm they keep it!

Very nice, quiet and bright room. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the staff were very helpful too. I’d definitely stay there again.

Location was good could walk to several places Restaurant on the premises was a bonus especially when the other restaurants were closed on Sunday. Staff was excellent

I have stayed at the Design Suites twice and it's amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are clean, wifi works really well throughout. The staff is friendly and the pool is warm and clean, the gym is nice as well. Even the pricing was very good when I stayed. I am a very happy customer!

Really pleased with this hotel. The rooms is spacious and the bed is cozy. Bathroom is big with an excellent shower and jacuzzi tub. Great working space and continuous WiFi throughout the building. Nice gym and Pool as well. Breakfast is even wonderful. And the front desk people speak English which for me is really helpful.

Gym and pool were excellent as a family activity.

Pool in need of repairs re. the tiles. Breakfast was a little disappointing for that class of hotel.
