Close to all the main points, breakfast, white sheets and towels, don't look shabby

They block an amount before your arrival and even though you pay everything at the end, they don't unlock it

The hotel is centrally located where most attractions are within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

1) For the first time in my travels I encounter a place where housekeeping is an additional cost. 2) although I asked to pay in pesos, they refused and stated that I should pay in dollars 3) one of the rooms had its AC broken 4) I was sent to a room that was not ready; they need to have a better reservation system 5) I was informed that one of the elevators was broken so I should either use the other elevator or the ‘FIT’ one (ie walking). Walking down 8 flights of stairs would have been OK if I wasn’t checking out with luggage :-) Furthermore, the elevator got fixed but no alert was sent.

Location: Excellent, right in the city center. Walking distance to attractions and shops. Breakfast: Delicious with a wide variety of options that change daily. Plus: Air conditioning and kettle in the room.

- Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, which might be a bit late for some guests. - Lack of cups/glasses, tea, and no welcome bottle of water. -The app-based system is not very convenient. -WhatsApp communication can be cumbersome. Sometimes, it’s necessary to call hotel staff directly, but this option is unavailable. -Wi-Fi: Very slow, which can be frustrating at times.

Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly.

You had to pay an additional daily fee if you wanted the room cleaned. They also sent too many messages prior to and during the stay which was unnecessary and off putting, with the information not being up to date sometimes (eg telling us we needed to check out at 10am even though we’d paid for late checkout). WiFi is also quite slow and unreliable.

Everything at the property was very professionally handled. My booking was for one location but they had an unfortunate mishap with the rooms so they re-booked me at their other location nearby. They arranged my taxi and offered me free breakfast for the inconvenience. My room was beautiful with two story windows and lovely light coming in in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room. All the amenities were very comfortable.

There were no plugs close to the bed which made it difficult to charge phones/computer at night.

The room was a good size. Good shower and location was good. I opted for no housekeeping as I was only staying for 3 nights. But they threw the rubbish and gave me toilet paper. I left my jacket in the cupboard after I checked out and they kept it for me to pick it up later in the evening. Good service. They even provided a kettle which is real plus.

Nothing.

The hotel is well situated not to far to walk to most touristy places: Colon Theater, Obelisk, Casa Rosada. The rooms are very spacious with a king size bed, a pullout couch, coffee table, and a counter with a mini fridge. Breakfast was plentyfull and delicious. There was a selection of pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, scrambled eggs, vegetables, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, maté. Great value!

The bathroom is badly designed with a much too large door for its size and you have to go over a high bath and squeeze yourself between the sink and shower door to get into the shower.

The breakfast was generous. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is weird. We cant barrely open the door, not enough space for two people. The door of the bathroom doesnt let you to put or remove your things easily from it.

Staffs were very nice and helpful and service was excellent. Very good location and walking distance to restaurants and some attractions.

There was no instructions how to use the safety box in the room. No toilet paper in the main hotel women’s restroom and faucet in the male restroom was not working at the time we were leaving after checking out.

The hotel had a smart outward appearance. The room was very nice.

You have to use your mobile phone for any communication with the hotel unless you are stood at the front desk. Opening your room door is with an App. Calling the front desk from your room is via WhatsApp and even then they didn't answer. This is a step in the wrong direction. I am all for progress IF it works. The young girl at the front desk looked like she'd eaten a lemon, no smiles at all. Couldn't believe it, and I'm someone who could talk to a lamp-post!
