Excellent location and close to everything. Front end staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. Room were great and housekeeping was superb. Breakfast was wonderful with great variety and very good omelettes prepared by the chefs. The staff did a wonderful job to set up breakfasts.

More available Iron and ironing board. Young Pool staff not very helpful and busy on his phone. Not enough patio umbrellas and had to move one ourself.

The hotel’s location, near Plaza de Mayo and just steps from the San Telmo district, is strategic and very convenient. It’s close to public transportation and the main streets of central Buenos Aires. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-organized.

The furniture is functional but noticeably worn and could benefit from an update.

The fact that they charged in $US at the official exchange rate. My bill was 48,000 peso for a night at an official exchange rate of 330 peso/dollar, equates to $US 143.00. You can get a better rate anywhere in BA up to 1000 peso per dollar do the math. If you can pay in cash because even with the “govt tax” for a cash transaction of 21% the hotels words not mine you’d still be better of than paying by card which apparently had the official exchange of rate 330 peso per $

The location was perfect. The rooms quite big with lots of natural light. Bathroom was nice, as well as having a fridge and snacks. Nice and comfortable bed. Laundry service worked well. And Wifi as well. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a nice terrace

On the last day there was a strong smell of paint in my room, which bothered me. The hotel was probably doing some refurbishments in a nearby room.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located in the heart of Buenos Aires, just a few meters from Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada. Returning to Buenos Aires for the second time, I chose to stay at the same hotel

Great location! Staff was friendly and very professional. Really big room, awesome view! Comfortable beds.

The only bad thing was the water pressure in the shower. The pressure varies a lot during the bath, sometimes you have just a few drops during your shower. You have extremely hot and cold water because of that. Maybe it was a problem specific from my room, located in the last floor.

Perfect place for visit the downtown.

it is very difficult to turn on the light, it is difficult to guess which switch turns on what, and it is not always successful. It is not a good solution that the sink is in the room.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right off the Plaza de Mayo. The room were large and clean. The breakfast was good and the housekeeping services helpful and friendly. We were able to walk right out the door to sightseeing and the La Florida area. We were able to pay a small fee for a late checkout which was really nice given that we had a late night flight.

The fitness center was pretty basic and the air con didn't work well so it was very hot in the room.

The place was really good! Clean and the bed was amazing. Rooms are big and shower is good!

The pool is not at the same hotel, but the hotel next door. Also small.
