Location was very central, loved the decor, pleasant staff. A little lounge area separate to bedroom provided a handy bit of extra space and appreciated the welcome note with sweet treats provided on first night.

I asked for twin beds because we were 2 singles sharing a room, and didn’t want to share a double bed! So what we got was two single beds jammed together in a very tight space, just like a double bed! Surely singles sharing a room with space in between the beds isn’t a foreign concept. There was hardly any hand or bath soap in provided dispensers and sweet treats which we hadn’t got around to eating on first night (but had been saving for the second night) had been whisked away (presumably by house cleaning staff) when we returned from the day’s outing, much to our disappointment.

Location - excellent - all the main attractions are located within 15 minutes’ walk from this hotel - including St Telmo. The ferry terminal for colonia express is also a short 15 minutes’ hop away by taxi. In comparison, if you stay in Palermo all these attractions will be 30-45 minutes’ drive away! Staff - all the staff we met were courteous and spoke good English. Silvana from front desk was especially helpful and efficient.

Breakfast selection was poor - there were only three hot food selections - scrambled eggs, frankfurter (not proper sausages) and very bland tasting ‘sautéed vegetables)

Location was good, breakfast was excellent as was the room. Only thing I wish was that the rooftop pool was open earlier in the season than 'December' it was extremely hot while I was there and would have only loved the opportunity to cool down there.

It would have been good to have been made aware that Pride Celebrations were going to be taking place outside the hotel all weekend while staying. I didn't know when booking (and happily took part in the party once I knew!) but it was constant noise outside with people celebrating. Again, it didn't bother me too much but was something I had to try figure out about when I did arrive/try go to sleep that first night :)

Central location just a few steps from Plaza de Mayo and Metro stations. The building is in a nice 1930’s style (inaugurated in 1931) including a grand lobby area and restaurant area. The whole hotel as a spacious and slight 1930’s feel. The family room that we booked as spacious and had a separate living rooms and two bedrooms!

The rooms and especially the furniture really need to be updated or better replaced. You can clearly see the wear and tear on the chairs and tables especially in restaurant. The hotel is not a 5 stars and also wouldn’t be with the update. 4 stars the most because it doesn’t have all the 5 star facilities.

I was charged for using / eating some of the snacks left in the room when checking out, I never consumed any, so had to argue this, Coffee pods rarely replenished during room cleans, which was annoying having to go through reception to get some. No drinking water available at the rooftop pool, unless you purchased from the bar there.

Even better than we expected. We were in Gran Brizo for the first week which was also pretty good but the location of NH City is far better.

The only very slight, tiny, little negative was that the coffee wasn't hot enough. Coffee machines are far superior in terms of heat and quality of coffee. And...bacon at breakfast would make it better. But overall the breakfast and the breakfast room were excellent.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Very comfortable room with an amazing view (if you are able to choose the right room). Great restaurant, both breakfast and dinner had a good selection and very tasty food.

The rooms are a bit dated and severely lacking in outlets. Make sure to bring a Type I converter.

Located right next to plaza de mayo made getting around super easy, lots of places open for coffee and lunch within a short walk from hotel. Room was super nice and comfertable with excellent AC

Pool was closed despite warm sunny weather. Slightly disspointing Snack on top of counter not free and there is no indication as its next to the free water.

The location is excellent: at the corner fom the Plaza del Mayo. The breakfast is also excellent, with different options everyday. The staff was also very friendly and provided me with everything I needed. the rooms were comfortable. I recommend it.

The only negative aspect was the wi-fi connection that at times did not work very well in my room, but it wasn't something that bad. Another curious aspect is that the restaurant was closed during the weekend. The food from the room service could be a bit better. But, again, the hotel is an excellent choice, and those aspects are small details.

The location is perfect. Breakfast is good

The receptionists ( from all three check ins that we have had in the last week given we were in and out of BA) were consistently cold, aloof and not receptive to any requests. On the first night, after a grueling long flight two of them kept us standing there ( while they seem to be doing something in the desk) they could have at least acknowledged us and told us to give them a few minutes before attending to us. On the last check in, it was raining so hard when we arrived jn a taxi and we signed to the bellman if he had an umbrealla and he just shrugged and went away without even extending a hand. In the subsequent days, on and off we would experience the same.
