Spacious, clean and very secure building. Lucia was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond. We had a small issue with our kitchen patio door and she came late in the evening herself to fix it as the maintenance team had gone home - what a star! She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars and called one of the restaurants to check if they were open (our UK phones weren’t working for calls!).

Good location in a relatively quiet and safe-feeling part of Palermo. You will be able to find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants not far off. The staff that assisted us was very prompt, helpful on many occasions and friendly. Check-in was easy and they were there to help us out. The apartment had pretty much what we needed for our stay, was clean and quiet modernised. The balcony is very pleasant and well shaded.

Only issue I had was with the plug distribution, most of the plugs (all except one) being of the type that is not compatible with the European Type C ones. Bring your adapters in any case!

for my first contact to Buenos Aires was a good choice . They helped me a lot with my lost luggage!!!!

They could have more toilette paper as they had only one pack for 2 nights. Also Ailen felt that she was very anxious about the booking and sent me a lot of messages! The breakfast in a NOT at ALL clean area in the opposite site to the Appartment was just 2 small croissants and a not drinkable coffee! Better to say that is not breakfast included in the price. also the price was expensive for the area and the look and feel as I found much much better in Recoleta for 3 nights 130 euro!

We stayed here because we were able to pay with our country's card quickly and without complications through a link. WhatsApp attention was key. The decision was very correct in every sense. Dana, the host, was friendly and contacted us before we arrived to give us all the information. The area is very safe and central. The apartment is modern, impeccable and well equipped. The cleanliness is outstanding, and everything is organized and provided with everything you need. Without a doubt we would return.

This spacious apartment is very modern (it has four bathrooms!), clean, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, large sliding windows, a small terrace, and a neat pool on the roof that we used to cool off after our day trips. Lucia, the host, is very friendly, and she was in contact with us via WhatsApp with very clear instructions on how to get in. I was initially skeptical when I booked the apartment when I was told that the payment needed to be made via a different payment platform and bot through Booking.com, but everything went smoothly. I'll book this apartment next time I'm in Buenos Aires.

Brilliant stay The host is very friendly and is always on hand if you have questions Easy check in. Easy building access stayed. We even got to store our bags with the host on day our check out as our transport out of BA wasn’t until 8pm. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean - just as on the photos Our sheets and towels were changed during our stay, toilet roll and kitchen paper were topped up (great service as we don’t usually get this if we stay in an apartment through AirB&B) The free breakfast is very nice in a local cafe - ten choices to choose from The opportunity to use the laundry amenities (host gives free detergent and fabric softener) was a big bonus Would defiantly stay here again if I visit BA

This apartment is excellent in every way. It is modern, clean and well equipped, and the smart lock adds convenience and avoids the use of keys. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of all the action. There are excellent shopping and dining options just a couple of blocks away. The nightlife is close enough to be accessible, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. Alien, the hostess, stood out as being sweet and maintaining exceptional communication. She was very helpful and we were very happy with her service.
