Location is great everything is close by. I stayed with my family and I feel safe. Looks like all the linens and towels were washed and disinfectant, which is great. I double checked everything linens, pillows, towels under beds hahah but everything were cleaned.The front guys are very friendly. I recommended this place.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and very good. Hotel is steps from Sanatorio Guemes (hospital) and we had a family member being treated there so location was perfect for us.

Room was noise. You could hear other guests even walking.

They should improve their internet/wifi service. The Wifi signal was weak and it hurt my ability to hold video calls. The TV services also had sporadic outings

Room had connecting door to adjacent room, we could clearly hear the cleaner , luckily nobody was booked during our stay otherwise we’d have heard everything and vice versa.

Cleaniness, staff, breakfast, I made a reservation fot the largest room and it was huge! good location

Only negative point was for the view. They gave me a room with a balcony facing 2 walls

Big room, quiet

The location is in Palermo which is a good neighborhood but you need to ride a few buses to get to the major sightseeing spots or walk quite some distance to the nearest metro station. There are also few restaurants in the area.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Gym could use some updating.

Loved the location. William at the front desk is excellent. I was able to exchange currency at the desk with a good rate. Breakfast selections are very good.
