I really liked the staff, especially the two girl receptionists during the day, even if they didn't speak English well, they had great smiles! They helped me change the room immediately because I didn't like the layout of the room. All the rooms face the inner courtyard and are quite narrow, but for the money you pay it is worth it. The location of the hotel is good, on a busy boulevard about 5 km. from Jorge Newbery Airport, and about 20 km. from Ezeiza Airport ! Everything inside hotel was clean!

breakfast was quite poor, apart from sweet rolls, bread, cereal, no eggs, cheese, ham. The coffee is pretty tasteless too

The bathroom inside the room is too small and shower is right aside the sink and toilet, it can get a mess with the water when showering but no it wasnt such a big issue.

The hotel is extremely good for the low price we paid, staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and rich. Nothing bad to say, would highly recommend the hotel for anyone travelling on a low budget.

Receptionist refused point-blank to allow us to leave a suitcase in storage for a few days. I have never ever been refused this request. She said it was for security reasons, even though it would have been allowed if we were returning to stay there again. I even offered to pay. Very disappointing.

Was looking for a cheap stay near Palermo for a day and a half. Had a flight leaving at 11:00 PM and hate to have to check out of hotels at 11:00 AM and have no place to rest, shower etc. Room and bathroom is very basic, but the front desk is attended 24 hrs and the security seemed good. The neighborhood is fine - non-touristy, everyday life.
