This place makes you feel relaxed and at home the moment you enter the lobby. The staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. We specially loved the benches with pillows to take a nap under the vines, and Aquiles, one of the property dogs. Food at the restaurant was great, the empanadas were the best.

Nothing, everything was great. You need a car or transportation to move around. This was not s problem for us since we rented a car but if you expect walk places you might get disappointed

The breakfast was very good. They have a buffet set out and they ask if you would like eggs to order. The young man that checked us in at the Front Desk, when we arrived in the evening, was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. Great location to visit nearby wineries.

I'm not a fan of big dogs so it was a bit disconcerting for me when two large dogs were roaming the grounds unleashed.

The website description was not clear. I was excited that I booked a room as a wine barrel shown on the website but it was not the case. The website also says that they have bikes to rent so we prepared to tour the town on bikes. But when we checked-in, we were told that the hotel didn't have bikes. The bike rental was from different company in town and we have to wait for 2 hours to deliver. The hotel is not close to any commercial places. The closest winery was in 30 min walking distance. I wish they made it clear and we could reserve the bikes upon arrival.

We loved the hotel, it was great for spending a relaxing few days, the location was perfect for exploring numerous vineyards in the area. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was great too, in particular I enjoyed the tomato salad starter. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge. It was fun to have access to a few games, like ping pong, pool and table football. One of the highlights was also spotting a hummingbird in the garden. Another was the company of a couple cute and friendly Bernese dogs, Alyssia & Achilles.

The only tiny comment would be to add some vegetables to the breakfast buffet.

Beautiful surrounding in the vineyards with a great pool area for relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was fantastic and very good wines. Lovely relaxing message in a very nice and relaxing setting. The wine barrel room was unique and very comfortable with an amazing shower and jacuzzi bath. This is a must stay and would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay - the property is gorgeous and the room was v comfortable (we stayed in the suite). There are 2 dogs on the property who are nuts so lovely and friendly. Staff made us feel v welcome and were helpful when we had any questions. They offer a self-guided wine tasting and the food at the restaurant was delicious and well priced.

Only slight criticism was breakfast, we would’ve liked some fruits and vegetables. They made eggs as you like it but there were no other protein options.

We loved the wine barrel room. It was very spacious and clean and the showers were great and we had a small jacuzzi and the bed was very comfortable. The garden area is beautiful The dogs are super friendly and love petting The dinner was really nice. We loved the steak and the empanadas

The pool was freezing. Pretty much unusable which needs to be addressed given the price The spa is also pretty non existent The service could be faster and if a higher quality given the price point It’s quite a wait if you want a taxi given the remoteness so order well In advance

The breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs and homemade granola in particular. The surroundings were also beautiful although you do need to get a taxi to pretty much everywhere. The waitress in the restaurant was also very attentive. The room was massive and very clean.

The pool isn't heated and was therefore freezing due to the time of year, we still lounged around the pool with a glass of wine though which was lovely.

The location was perfect for going wine tasting and for going downtown. German at the front desk was awesome, helpful and always smiling. The hotel manager even took us to meet their resident horse, Oscuro.

This hotel is wonderful. It is clean, spacious and in an idyllic setting but what makes it so good is the staff. Everyone was cheerful and wanted to go out of their way to help. It is rare to find such pleasant people in a hotel.
