We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful (accommodating a very late check in when our flight was delayed and an early breakfast on our final day). The grounds are beautiful to spend time in, with a great sized pool. The buildings are also spacious, with good communal areas and an honesty bar. The breakfast was good, as was the dinner we had one night - you must try the wine the Posada makes! Our room was large and clean, with our own outside area. The WiFi was good. Location wise, it was easy to order Ubers and travel around Mendoza. We also went to the nearby gym. Overall, the Posada is excellent value for a special stay.

Nothing.

We had a wonderful time at Verde Oliva. The facilities are beautiful, including the charming old building, the pool, and the patio with shaded chairs—perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. We truly enjoyed everything. I went with my husband, and it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The staff was amazing—so friendly and incredibly helpful. We also had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much.

The only drawback was that on my first night at 4 a.m., a group of four adults were loudly talking and drinking wine in the common space right next to my room. It would be great if there could be designated quiet hours in the common areas to ensure everyone gets a good night's sleep.

What an amazingly stunning place in gorgeous surroundings. Alejandra and Sheila were lovely and so kind and helpful and knowledgeable, before and during our stay. Our room, the living area and bathroom were spotless and so comfortable. The Posada have a restaurant woth delicious food options for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat-eaters. The breakfast was very ample and delicious too, and all the restaurant staff, especially Monica. I would totally recommended this place to anyone in Mendoza for a few days - so much nicer than staying in town. It was lovely coming back to this "home away from home' after doing great sightseeing and tasting tours during the day (we recommend doing the curated tours with Miguel, driver and guide, that the Posada arranged for us). They produce their own wines and delicious olive too which you can enjoy at dinner or buy as souvenirs. Hope to make a return trip one day.

it was all lovely!

Everything was great! Staff was super friendly, the wine was great and the food even better! The plumbing worked great and the room was thoroughly cleaned regularly. The wifi worked very well, even in the room or outside on the lawn. The way the tables are arranged facilitates meeting people. We were lucky enough to get together with 3 other couples around our age (25-45) who happened to stay there. The self-service of the fridge allowed us to get beers and/or wines as long as we marked our room number down. This was also handy for ice-cold water, even though the tap water was potable.

While there are opaque curtains on most windows, one of them only had see-through, allowing daylight into the room in the morning. Minor point, but that's all I could find, which says a lot about the quality of the establishment.

A great stay in the Cave room at the end of the property. Very private and lovely stay. I enjoyed having the wine cellar in my room and the array of wines. The food was fabulous at the hotel. A plentiful breakfast every morning, and the food was great at night time for dinner. I even had dinner in my room after a long day of tours. The pool was a nice place to relax and the grounds are well kept. I even had the front schedule me a tour with Miguel a great driver who knows the area and wineries.

Summary: What an amazing place. Thanks to everyone in the staff for making this a fantastic house/hotel to stay at. If you are considering this place, I recommend it, 5 out of 5. Rooms Cozy, clean and fresh. Cleaned every day. Lots of towels (if you're in need of several). Big closet and the rooms we got (8) had an amazing view out of the room. Aircon was really good with several modes Cool, heat, fan, drying which I appreciate. Service Amazing. Helpful, kind and good at speaking English. Service from 08:00 to 23:00, anything you need they are glad to help. Food They have a hotel restaurant which has some different levels of taste and quality. I would say every meal was pleasant but some meals were better than others. The prices are likewise (maybe a little bit lower) compared to restaurants nearby which makes the choice for us during our stay here easy, we could just stay during the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. Drinks Cheap (in a good way), really good choices and a lot to choose from. The fridge was full of interesting stuff. The house wine was amazing and for the price, it was a barging! They have water and comfy included in the stay so easy to stay hydrated. Breakfast Yes, as several others here have stated, the breakfast is good, you will leave full and there are plenty to choose from. Yoghurt, musli, granola, fresh fruits, croissants, different bread, overnight oatmeal, omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, marmalade, good coffee, plenty of tea to choose from. Pool Clean, cozy and pleasant. 10 sun beds, the pool area is situated 1 meter on top of ground so there is almost always a slight breeze (which is nice), so no wind. There was sun at the pool all day. To be able to lay down in between the wine ranks was amazing.

We were a group of 7 and the home was perfect for us. The facility grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting was peaceful, comfortable, spacious, and private. I loved waking each morning and having coffee on the patio. Somebody left the fireplace prepped for us, so all we had to do was strike a match - nice! The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's just a wonderful place to stay.

I'm trying hard, but I can't think of any constructive criticism. We had a terrific time here.

Perfect experience. We where early and got our room way before check in time. They take a lot of thinking and planning out of your hands and go beyond what you expect. Everyone is lovely and have eye for the details. The rooms are spotless, the beds, wow. We had a splendid time and would go back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is exceptional. From the moment we walked in it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The level of service from all of the staff is some of the best we have experienced. Monica who works on the team even baked a fresh cake for breakfast on my wife's birthday and it was amazing. The rooms are enormous and the breakfast was top class too, with all fresh homemade food each day. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying a 3rd as we liked it so much. They booked and arranged our wine tours of Uco valley as well and took care of everything for us. We had our dinner on 2 of the nights and it was amazing! They offer their own wines from the on site vineyard as well as their own olive oil from their olive garden's.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Where do I even start - this place is just magical. By far the nicest accommodation we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Argentina. Set between the vineyards, it has 10 beautifully decorated rooms with everything you could need. The staff is just lovely, so is the breakfast and dinner, which you can order on the day if you want - great value for money as well. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool but I can imagine it’s great during hot summer days.

We knew this while booking and it didn’t bother us but worth noting that the location is not very central - it’s a 30 min drive to Mendoza or longer to the main wineries in Lujan de Cuyo or Uco Valley. Having said that, it is easy to get transportation arranged through the Posada.
