Central location, generous room size. Very nice bedding, pillow. Went to Chile-Santiago Sheraton after and was surprised that the Mendoza Sheraton room is better. Granted that the Santiago Sheraton has better facilities.

No swimming pool. The decor is a bit dated.

You will get everything for breakfast and enough space for comfortable atmosphere. I got the room with amazing view, very quiet. SPA service was very perfect, sauna was open too

The staff is excellent, freindly and helpfull. The room is big and nice. The view is excellent. Compemtary free parking is very helpfull. The location of the hotel is very good, near center of the town and easy to go out of it.

Very nice hotel! We stayed for four nights and fell in love with the area. The hotel had a very nice gym and delicious breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I can recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel in a good location near lots of restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly. Currency exchange available at the hotel at an excellent rate.

The size of the room was great as well as the view, especially from the rooftop restaurant. The staff was super kind and accommodating. The spa was a bit pricey but I was able to get my brain melted in relaxation in one of the sessions so totally worth it. The art on the property was beautiful.

Had a bad experience with a casino cashier who didn't have change and decided to pay me less (I was speechless). The mattress was a disaster. I woke up in pain, had to request them to change the mattress. They upgraded me to another room instead which was very nice but the mattress was still subpar for a hotel of this category. I felt I was robbed of a perfect vacation as I couldn't sleep well. They told me they were due a mattress change in all rooms by the end of 2021, I hope they were able to do that. Also found it strange that there were no other amenities other than small water bottles and the usual bathroom stuff. Would have expected iron, electric kettle and maybe a coffee maker? But none of that.

Poor ilumination at the room at nigth. Low privacy in the bathroom
