Location and staff were fantastic, the bed was more comfortable than we expected. The pool as well was lovely with a nice mix of sun and shade. Not very busy, the front desk staff was amazing.

The showers in the rooms weren’t great. The shower head was too low for me (6’) and the cold water valve was extremely hard to adjust. The hot water temperature also changed halfway the shower. Breakfast was average, except the coffee was not great. The milk and yoghurt were also left outside of the cooling tray so it got warmer as the morning went on. However the eggs and bacon were good, as well as the media lunas.

This is a cute little hotel in the centre of the city. The location was excellent, close to Plaza Independencia, the pedestrian restaurant/shopping street, and many other restaurants and the central market. Our room (after it was changed upon arrival) was a good size and comfortable, We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, The included breakfast was very good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Our original room was on the top floor but it was in rough shape. The wifi was non-existent, the controls on the thermostat for the A/C and heating were all worn off and illegible and the door would not close properly. We were moved after I complained. Was told the next day that that room has the best view, but needs to undergo some updating. The pool area is outdoors and is pleasant but could do with more loungers.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were most helpful for many things. When we first arrived they gave us a small but nice room that later in the day had a loud guest in the next room. We asked at the desk if they could move us and they did so immediately to a better room. And they were so nice about it! The staff names I remember that were especially helpful are Tomas, Emilia, and Manuel. We needed help with translation for our driver twice and they were so helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the nicest of all our hotels in Argentina/Brazil. It was not huge, but the best food, fresh fruit, good coffee, etc. And on our last day, we had family over that had stayed in a different place for breakfast for $10 per person. Very pleasant stay!! Good location in Mendoza.

The rooms were a bit small by some standards, but were roomy enough for me and my cousin.

What I like most about the hotel is its location in the heart of the city. It is just half a block from Avenida Sarmiento, one of the main streets, with numerous restaurants, including Azafrán, which has been awarded a Michelin Star. Additionally, the staff is fantastic—dedicated and helpful.

The breakfast options are limited, and the standard rooms that don't face the street are too small.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. As I mentioned in a previous comment, what I like most about the hotel is its location and the dedicated, helpful staff.

However, I want to address the bathrooms: while they are spacious and comfortable, they urgently need to be remodeled.

The location is great, close to restaurants and bars. Very central but still very quiet. The hotel has a nice pool in the backyard , also quiet and not overrun. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The A/C was a little disturbing.

Breakfast was nothing special. And we were told that the swimming pool was not heated, so we did not use this or the garden at all

Nice hotel, great central location. Parking garage is really close by (cross the road) and safe to park your (rental) car.

Breakfast was good, but a bit basic.

There was no where to lock your things up at the spa when you went for a sauna. The jacuzzi was cold and there were no towels. Also the hotels doesn't have any coffee or tea in the rooms or at the dining area. You have to pay for coffee and cand only get a cup of coffee after 7am. If you have an early tour it's really frustrating. Staff are not very friendly
