Perfect location, good breakfast

Elevators were either out of service, jerky or uneven with floor, slow, and had ominous “buen dia” recording. The guests were all joking with each other about the elevators. Air conditioning was hard to figure out and instructions would have been nice.

This is a great value hotel located right next to Plaza Italia and a short walk to Plaza Independencia and its nightly fountain lights music show. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the Andes from my room, 826. Nice breakfast served daily. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to clean my room after 1 p.m. when I'd slept in from exhaustion all morning with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. By the time I came to, the only person left on the floor was the housekeeping inspector, but she said she'd make sure my room got cleaned and it was. Check-in and check out couldn't have gone more smoothly.

A bit dated, slow and crowded elevators during peak hours.

Breakfast - Excelent view, good variety, but cosidering the price we expected a little bit more. The room was very clean and large, with a good view too. The location is perfect, just in Italia Square! There are some facilities because there are a little mall with restaurants and bars. But the hotel doesnt have a restaurante or a pool bar, The staff was, in general, very friendly and polite. The parking lot was perfect.

The price is pretty expensive considering tha is not a resort. The parking lot is expensive too. I suggest to have a bar at the pool.

Location is great, a short walk to Plaza Italia and a five minute walk to Plaza Independencia. Breakfast was adequate if a bit ordinary. Well stocked fridge in the room. Comfortable bed.

Elevators are slow during peak periods. I could hear every word of a domestic argument going on next door. Hotel is dated and could use an update.

Location was great, general areas and rooms were very clean.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Queen bed made up of two single mattresses and one was lopsided.

Location and amenities excellent

The door locks were impossible to operate. Never worked with the keys. Took sometimes 10 to 20 tries to make them work. This wasn’t an isolated incident

The staff was always very helpful and nice. The hotel was super well located and my parents felt very comfortable during their stay, the food was good and the location was perfect.

Great hotel - very central in Mendoza so easy to get around. Good included breakfast. Didn’t use but has a pool.

Gym is not up to standard, very basic so would not book if your require gym equipment.
