Beautiful hotel! Comfortable room. Front desk staff very friendly. Most spoke some english. They were able to exchange my money right at front desk which was awesome! There was an issue in my room and it was fixed right away. Breakfast was delicious! There is a hair dryer in room. There is a safe in room. The location is excellent!

The wifi was non-existent in my room. I would get a weak signal every so often. That might of been because my room was right next to the elevator. The shower pressure was on the weak side. The shower head needed to be cleaned of the hard water scale build-up. The placement of the toilet paper holder was so low to the floor, it was easier to just take the roll off and keep it on the counter. But that's not a big deal. Just odd. There are no take-away cups for coffee in the breakfast area. There is no coffee maker in the room. There is no airport shuttle offered.

great value price/comfort. Second time we stay there, very happy with it! I would definitely recommend it!

We were charged VAT even tho we paid with a foreign CC. Not 100% their mistake but they weren't able to help or solve it.

The location around the independence square is ideal; it’s the best part of town. The rooms were really clean and modern, although a bit small. Yet, the best thing about our short stay in the hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception, who made us feel at home immediately and continued to assist us in everything we needed.

Our room was a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless it was practical and easy to manage.
