We liked the hotel for the location, comfort, helpful staff and reasonable price. I found the breakfast foods had too much sugar and carbohydrate in nearly everything available. The only thing I could eat was eggs, cheese, ham and fruit. It would be appreciated if the yogurt was sin sugar and some gluten free bread was available for those who have health issues and don’t eat gluten or sugar.

Incredible staff. Agustina is remarkably kind and helpful (and definitely deserves a raise!). We also greatly appreciated Alejandro's help and ingenuity! Location is unbeatable, steps away from Plaza Independencia, which is in the heart of the city, and walking distance to all the other nice plazas and main streets. Hotel was big, clean, and pool was great. Breakfast with gluten-free options upon request appreciated.

The location was truly ideal for our stay in Mendoza! The team members were really helpful with their recommendations and they really came through for us! Special mention for the included breakfast that was really good!

We didn’t want to bother the front desk with this, but the pillows we had were so hard we could have slept on a pile of brick it would have been the same. We also think that there was not enough outlet available in the room. We were only able to find one next to a desk far from the bed and another one in the bathroom. Would be nice to have some closer to the head of the bed.

The staff was very helpful and the pool was perfectly clean and helpful to refresh during the day. The room was clean and we had a lot of space.

I asked to for and cleaning service of our laundry and it was very expensive. And they don't read the messages on booking so when i asked 1month before to get a pick-up service from the airport it wasn't possible to organise because they didn't saw it.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few blocs distance to Plaza Independencia and a number of nice restaurants within reach. Staff was very helpful, as always in Argentina.Taking into consideration that we received a good exchange rate and price by the hotel, it was extremely good value for money.

Although breakfast was included, it was nothing to look forward to. Very crowdy and less quality than quantity. Cleaning in the room was in general good but not spotless.

The hotel offers a honest breakfast included, a very nice parking area, good room with wide beds and excellent shower. The size o the room is perfect and also there are wide windows to see the landscapes. Towels were clean.

I don't like the way of the customer service treated me during the checkout. The hotel had two credit card machines that didnt work well. Thus when I went to pay my credit card was not accepted. This generates an embarrassment to me and my wife. We then went to a market and the card worked perfectly. The customer service did no efforts to solve this annoying situation. At the end, I paid the hotel with currency otherwise I would wash dishes. Let me tell you guys that I traveled 4800 km and this was the only place my card didn't work. I felt something wrong in this story. Pay using credit card during check in.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was also good. The location is very central in Mendoza. The hotel itself is a little tired inside, but the rooms were spacious.

Great staff, very clean. Nice decoration and breakfast. Excellent ubicacion. Great beds and air condicioner. secure and free parking.
