The location! It was right off the main square in Mendoza, so I could walk out the door, and be in a very fun and interesting part of town, with lots of shops and restaurants right there. Also, a big plus for me is that I had a safe place to keep my (rental) car for free.

Ironically, there happened to be a problem with the elevator both the day and time I moved in and when I moved out the next day, but at least i was only up one flight of steps, and they helped me with my bag going up.

Location, quiet area and very centric. Staff very friendly. Food / buffet was okay. The garage was within the building.

The pool is small. Not very clean. The walls are not sound prove for the smallest noise like snoring.. the building is old but it seems well maintained. Not room phone working however the staff fixed right away. The ceiling fan was very noisy, so was the AC, but not biggie.

pool provided relief from very hot weather breakfast provided options for gluten intolerant clients it is a place that grow on you - kind of family atmosphere - once they understand a clients needs they are extremely helpful

initially i had communication problems this was solved after the owner assisted it was not immediately obvious that the lunch and dinner meals could be ordered

The staff, especially Audrea, at the reception are very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice about restaurants, tour information and transport. The hotel room is not very big but clean. The breakfast is good. Hotel provides chilled drinking water on first floor which is very helpful when you have a hot day. We really like it. The location is excellent for visiting parks, gardens and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

I wish the hotel would provide a kattle in the room.

All the guys at reception were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. The pool was bigger than expected and clean. The breakfast was ok. The room itself (a single) was small/narrow, but comfortable enough. AC and the shower worked well.

Noisy all night long and I mean all night as I either couldn’t sleep or kept waking up to it. Perhaps I had it worse in a room facing into the street but I also heard from inside hotel. Also it was the same on both the Thu & Fri nights.

Great hotel in an ideal part of Mendoza. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and will recommend different areas to explore. A delicious complimentary breakfast is offered every morning and the place has lovely amenities.

All staff were friendly and helpful especially the front desk (Rodrigo). Hotel in a good location, next to square Independence, for restaurants and drinks. It is medium size place and has a good atmosphere Good WiFi. Lobby area is a good space.

Left early, so no breakfast. Had afternoon tea and dinner. Both were very good and a good value. Superb staff! Hotel could use some upgrades. No USB connections. Not enough electrical. Electrical outlets shoulde be able to accommodate American appliances

Extremely friendly staff, great sized room (I'd booked a single but think they must have upgraded me which was well received!). Pool area was nice to chill after a long day exploring. Location was perfect - walking distance to some excellent restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was a little limited and repetitive but it was fine.
