We booked through booking.com and it was stated that the price was including all the taxes, but once there they wanted 21% more for taxes. We showed screenshots of the statement and they refused to honor that, so we had to pay 21% more than the price stared in booking. The room was extremely small but clean, everything felt new and good quality. Our room had a window to a inner space without any natural light. We could hear so much noice from the common areas and slamming doors, also the elevator makes a continuous beep all day and night and we could hear it from our room. I would stay again but knowing all this I would ask for another kind of room

Marcelo from Reception helped us to find tours in english (which were almost impossible to get because of the lack of tourists from English speaking countries). The service during our stay was brilliant and the hotel is located within walking distance of the main streets and plazas

We payed our stay in cash in Argentinean pesos, and were charged 21% extra as a tax. I'm not completely sure that we should have, we have been in a couple of different hotels in Argentina (paying in cash on the local currency too) and none of them applied this extra charge

It was fantastic to have complimentary access to the spa--few hotels offer that. I genuinely was impressed with the service and cleanliness of the spa. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean. I also enjoyed both my evening meal and breakfast.

The bathroom in the suite was quite small--it could be expanded to reflect the room size. The beds was quite hard. I also like a choice of pillows, which there was not.

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady at the spa area downstairs. They arranged a massage for me shortly after I arrived and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms were relaxing and clean. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was basic for the price but I would probably not pay extra for it.

The sink in the bathroom was tiny and there was no space to put any of my personal items.

Great location and staff!! Located near the main Independence Square. Great shopping/restaurants within a short walk. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful with booking excursions and had great English skills. Breakfast was not included in my stay so I paid for it all mornings and it was an excellent spread. Very nice four star hotel!!

Bathroom very small , linen are stained need pillows urgent replace . Breakfast miss the bacon and I don’t like the way they served they follow you is make it uncomfortable I prefer self service .

Wonderful location Young man who worked the front desk and spoke English to us was absolutely delightful. We took his recommendation and stayed at the new sister property in Salta. Be sure to take advantage of the lovely spa at the hotel. Services were top notch and very affordable.

Bed was very comfortable. Internet was good. Location was quite walkable.

Room was small, bathroom extremely small, no place to put anything in the bathroom, even toothbrush. Breakfast not very good, eggs were horrible. Price seemed high for location and what was received.

Hotel was good and location too. Sauna was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't really self service. You had to tell the lady at the buffet what you wanted and she would serve you.
